Ordered a big king meal and never received the big king sandwich? This is the second time this has happened from here. OK.. part 2. This is just not even cool. All the food burnt or dried up so much like it’s been sitting on the parking lot asphalt all day! Are you kidding me! How is this place even open? It’s like you guys microwave the food after it’s cooked? I’m gonna order a meal everyday and post every order coming out of this place.

The general manager Jay was very helpful. I had a problem with the Burger King app. It would not let me redeem my support code. I went to the burger king in Waterford and Jay tried to help me figure it out I was able to get some of my original order. 🙂

This is what all of their sausage biscuits look like (deflated biscuit falling apart along with a stale hard sausage) according to the abrupt employee working the drive thru this morning. She needs to stop rushing customers. I asked her for a fresh biscuit and she said “They all look like that!” I called back and the Manager hung up on me. The so called General manager that answered the phone the 2nd time was just as ignorant. I really hope that was not the general manager. Long story short, the food sucked…picture speaks for itself and the customer service is horrible. I’ve never had a problem with that Burger king until today. They failed to handle the situation properly and it caused them to lose lots of customers today..

This place is going downhill. I spent 35 min in there DRIVE TRU. 5 min was waiting for them to take the order and the 30 min was waiting for the food. I had ordered 3 chicken Jr, they said it will be 3 min wait. I was OK with the 3 min. NOT 35! Once we FINALLY got our food the fries were just thrown in the bag. I ended up having to man handle all the fries and put them all back in the Cartons and we did t even get full fries. They were half way filled. When we were at the speaker, the gentleman was rushing me to order. Which was rude. When we got home, we were missing a sandwich. I was going to go back, but honestly I shouldn’t have to drive another ten min one way! The sandwiches were just thrown together. So much ketchup it was oozing out the sides. I had to scrape some off. They forgot our drinks and I had to remind them for our drinks. This place needs people who care! New management.

Horrible we were the only people in the restaurant and we get old cold fries. Treated as if we were a nuisance for even walking in. Our burgers were cold as i watched them sit on the counter while I thought I was waiting for hot fries. Plus the employees vapes and ear buds were sitting on the only clean table. Do not eat here. Happy father’s day to me.
