Food is exactly like every sonic so I find it’s better knowing exactly what to expect. The only complaints I have about the service are they always forget my ketchup (I feel bad that the server has to go back for it) and they are stingy on mints, lol. I’m from Buffalo and there’s usually a handful in the bag. It’s only drive up as far as I know so I can’t actually comment on atmosphere.

Writing this review for my niece Keyonna who got home and got ready to eat her food and found someone’s nasty hair on her burger. This a waste of money and it’s disgusting. These fast food places are just making it hard now a days for anyone to eat out. When preparing food I wish people would watch what they’re doing and make sure their hands are clean. This is outright disgusting. Never again.

Cartoon was really rude. I asked for Splenda for my unsweetened teas he girl popped off saying she didn’t tell me. It was clearly on my receipt. I thought she was going to get me some and after 5 mins I asked the get some. Another girl brought some out. She got the $5 tip not Ms. Rude.

I visited Sonic to get a cherry limeade, which was as good as ever. The person who waited on me in the car, given sonic is a drive-in, was great. However, it took forever to place the order. They were fairly busy given that it was about 4 o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, but they obviously were hurting with getting orders taken, fulfilled, and out to the cars. It made me not want to go back unless there are a lot fewer people there.

Did an online order for two burgers, mozzarella sticks, cinnamon snacks, and two drinks. Did the order at 7:35, got there at 7:50, other people arrived after me and got their online orders first, 5 vehicles arrived, ordered, and also got their food before me. Finally got my food at 8:16 and it was lukewarm at best. The staff at this sonic is a joke at best. Been on the other side of the mic and was never this bad.

We ordered food here a few days ago. My boyfriend took a bite out of his burger and noticed there was something in his mouth. He pulled out a long curly thick strand of hair from his mouth. Our appetites were completely ruined. The staff didn’t even act like it was anything new honestly….
I only give 2 stars because they did refund my money and give me the reward I used in the app back. Corporate was much more apologetic than the actual store was.
