Absolute waste of money. Two times in a row I have received inedible food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the first time, but now a second time two weeks later, the chicken is so overcooked dry that you literally can’t even bite into it or chew it. It is completely inedible. This food was ordered at 12:50 PM. The first time I ordered and receive chicken like this, it was 11 AM. The fries, which I love to be crispy, are also overcooked to the point where they could be smashed into thousands of crumbs they are completely brittle and dry. I tried to call the restaurant to inquire on a refund, their phone number rings once and then beeps disconnected. I’m not sure who is running this location, but I absolutely will never order from here again. I don’t believe that it is even safe to eat here. I reported to corporate as well with underwhelming help. This franchise location needs to be shut down.

I was missing half of my order the person somehow didn’t understand when I told her , it was dark in there I didn’t even notice I got the wrong turnover, ordered cherry and I got apple. I waited so long to pick up my order. Of course my order was still wrong when I got home. This place is trash.

My husband and I went out for a late night dinner to this store an hour before closing and it was well worth it. Andrew gave us the best service and it didn’t matter that it was right before closing, it was service with a smile. The food was hot, fresh and nicely prepared. It was our first time going to this store. We drove 12 miles to this location because the ratings were really good. The food was so good we sat in the car and ate it. Thanks again Andrew, and Emma for a great meal.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff had excellent customer service. They got our food out quickly although they were short-staffed. I tried the wagyu burger for the first time and it was really good and great quality. I was never one for roast beef sandwiches, but I definitely like burgers. My husband loves this place. I will visit this location again

This location has the absolute worst customer service. Good luck being warmly welcomed and heaven forbid you should ask them to repeat your order back! There’s no upselling either. It’s all “is that all” or “anything else” the whole time. The quality is hit and miss but the last 3 times I’ve ordered curly fries but gotten regular fries but you’re given a flippant response if you ask them to repeat the order. If you want fresh food with no attitude then don’t come here!

Didn’t ask for what type of fries, not very friendly. Fries were so hard, we fed most to the dogs. Opened my sandwich and the sauce was everywhere. Had to rearrange the meat, it was a pile in the center of the bread. The meat was cut too thick.$25 for 2 meals, tasted like old grease.

Arby’s is known for its wide selection of meats, but I have to say, it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me. While they have a reputation for being the “meat” fast-food joint, a lot of their menu items are just okay. To be fair, I’m a bit of a picky eater, so some of the flavors and textures might just not be my thing.
That said, one thing that never disappoints is their curly fries. They’re consistently good—crispy, well-seasoned, and they came out hot and fresh. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re craving some curly fries, but the rest of the menu is just average.

Just got home with our food and we didn’t get what we ordered. We waited in the drive through for about 20min to not get our order right. When I placed the order she didn’t called it out to check if it was right. My thing is… I am paying for the food I should get what I ordered. Is very disappointing. How do I get my money back?

I ordered this Rueben sandwich for delivery off the Arby’s site. Pretty good sandwich for a fast food restaurant. Soft, fresh bread, lots of meat and a good balance of sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. I prefer my Rueben sandwiches to be grilled, but I can understand how that would be difficult at a fast food restaurant. My only issue was that the sandwich was delivered about 30 minutes early, so the melted cheese got cold during the time I had to wait before I had time to eat it.
