We placed an order and it was made incorrectly. When we called to let them know, instead of offering to fix it or remake the food, the employee argued with us and insisted the order was correct.
There was sauce on the sandwich, despite being told there wasn’t. It was also drenched in oil. He claimed it was their submarine sauce, but we specifically did not want that and asked for Italian dressing on the side instead.
At no point was a solution offered. No remake. No replacement. No apology. Just arguing with the customer.
Now we’re stuck with food we didn’t order or want, and the pictures clearly show what we received. Mistakes happen, but arguing instead of making it right is unacceptable.

I was stranded on a train the day of the derailment. I was grateful this place was close to the station. All the staff was friendly. I got a to go order and shared a sandwich with my seatmate. He said it was good also. Amtrak also bought us pizza from here for lunch. I liked that also.

Had to order a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, no tomatoes or green peppers, Tyler’s Bread stops with double cheese and a hot ham and cheese, they were all AWESOME! This is my favorite Gino’s in the tri-state! The only pizza place that does a Chicken Bacon ranch pizza right!!! Love it!!!!!

Philly cheesesteak and calzone are good and the onion rings are a great appetizer that are crafted in house. The place has a cozy feel to it. Gotta remember to leave some room for gelato next time!

Came back to Huntington for my dads funeral, and needed some comfort food. We ordered a pizza, pubwich*, and Snyders BBQ chips (last two I can’t get in Nashville and miss terribly). Both the delivery driver and person who took the order were patient but professional. I didn’t get anyone’s name… but THANK Y’ALL FOR making a gal happy w/some food.
