The restaurant is new and was very nice. Service was outstanding. Staff were super helpful. Food was very good. My disappointment with this place is the Kiosk ONLY ordering. I like to have someone at the front to take my order. Maybe they don’t care but not everyone likes this new way of ordering food. Some people are not able to even order off of these without assistance. Elderly people just don’t understand and there’s no way to pay with cash !!! That’s a total bummer. This place is not for me. If you go I hope you enjoy it. I’ll just pass on by….

Only reason they are getting a 2 stars is for the taste. I ordered the diablo nacho fries($5) and basically got 5 pieces of tomato, 3 small pieces of chicken and 12 fries. They are worse crooks than mcds. Wont be getting nothing else from here

I love taco bell, but the service at this one is absolutely awful. Over 6+ people waiting inside for food for 20+ minutes. They ALWAYS get drive thru people first even if theres 2 cars, but more people inside the store than out.

Don’t eat the nuggets. Every time I get them they’re burnt, taste of unchanged oil, or they wanna count fingernail sized breading as a nugget. I rarely have an order that is correct lately, though when it opened it was perfection. I wish I could rate it higher, but every order of many I’ve had has been incorrect or poor quality in some way. I know these guys can do better, so I’m not sure why it just tanks at random.

Drive thru has always taken noteably long time, but this most recent time was outrageous, over 30 minutes and once in line was too crammed in to get out. Then got food poisoning, positive it’s from this store. Worst Taco Bell ever. Impossible to get ahold of management on the phone. And somehow even more difficult to speak to anyone in store. Avoid this place like the plague. You might really get it from the food.

I don’t know about anyone else but I have not been able to get through on their phone line that’s listed. It just rings and rings and rings. I tried to call multiple times because on two different occasions I ordered three tacos with no lettuce and I got them with lettuce. A couple times I didn’t get fire sauce when I asked for it but I double check the bag now before I leave. I tried to call after the second time to talk to my manager and could never get through. I’m probably going to scan my receipt and contact corporate because something is up with the phone line. It’s difficult to notify a manager on what they need to fix if you don’t get a chance to talk to them. I work two jobs and it’s very difficult for me to find time to go in there to speak to someone. I am posting this now in hopes that the manager will see it.

A lot butthurt reviews about this place. From people who don’t know how to use a kiosk or who are mad that the food wasn’t up to authentic Mexican quality. You can’t leave it up to the hoi polloi to influence your opinion. Go there yourself and be the judge. I’ve ordered there plenty of times since the place has been open and have had zero problems with the food or accuracy of my order.
People let minor inconveniences and their inability to understand/navigate a fast food restaurant give one star reviews because they lack patience and or understanding. This is room temperature IQ levels of behavior. If you enjoy Taco Bell and, I can’t believe I’m saying this, “Understand” what you’re getting into then you will enjoy this place. It’s Taco Bell not a 4 star Michelin restaurant. If you dig Taco Bell you’ll dig it.

Food is usually decent/average for Taco Bell but I swear every time I go they are either out of Baja blast or the fountain machine is supposedly broken. Very poorly managed restaurant, hopefully the newness will wear off and things will get better
