I have found the best Chipotle in the KC metro at I-29 and 64th St. I have put off this review because I thought it might have been a fluke, but 3 times I’ve been here and every time the same amazing food! Their chips are ALL salted and limed. Their guacamole has flavor and a great consistency. Their chicken has been trimmed so there is no inedible tendon piece and the flavor is also amazing. My husband says the steak is perfectly cooked and taste amazing as well. This is my Chipotle from now on!!!

I came here 30 minutes before close. I asked my order taker how she was doing and she seemed unenthused. I continued with my order. Thalia used old rice despite new fresh rice being available right in front of me. She made me a kid order despite me never ordering that and it had to be remade. I ordered double meat and the meat is cold and skimpy. Both meals were cold even though we ate it right after ordering it. I really tried not to complain but this is by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had and I would never return to this location. Quality and customer service are both EXTREMELY sub par. It was expensive, cold, and old, for no reason and the guest interaction was terrible.

I’ve gone to this chipotle multiple times as I live close by and they always skimp on the meat so today I asked for the chicken on the side. While in store we were asking about the portion sizes and the GM who made our bowls said we could argue about serving size all day bc he was right and we were wrong since it was In a 4fl oz container (the small clear containers they put their sauces in) it was 4oz I tried to explain there was a difference between fluid ounces vs ounces anyways took it home put it on my food scale and The scale doesn’t lie 2.2oz which is half of a serving.

I frequently have a negative impression of the staff when I visit this location. Came in at 10:40 pm tonight. Workers were clearly annoyed to see me and it took a second to get addressed and it was “well you’ll definitely be our last customer tonight.” A girl puts on her gloves to make me food, then says she doesn’t have enough rice left. I say “no rice?” She shrugs and answers no. I ask “no brown rice either?” She already starts taking her gloves off and says no. The store is open for another 15 minutes from when I went back to my car. Why are employees not continuing to cook and have food available? It was already being put up from the line at 20 minutes til close. I had to race to the other location on Boardwalk to get food before close and I was WARMLY greeted immediately and served with a smile. All the food was still out and the workers were very nice. I am a waitress and I’m not some ignorant Karen who doesn’t understand. I did not come in too late to be served and upon visiting your other location, this clearly isn’t your normal practice. This location does not care about customer service or customer retention and it’s not a good look for the business. Inconveniencing customers and denying service because you want to get off work quicker isn’t acceptable. I hope the right people read this and this leads to a change in customer service at this location.

Tucked in at the end of a strip mall is where this one is located.
I have had two meals from there and both times it was the same thing. Both times I had steak in my bowl and the first time it was stringy and fatty, the second time it was a better consistency. The other ingredients were consistent.
The food was hot and fresh both times just the inconsistency with the steak I mentioned above.
I have not been inside so I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
The location is a bit horrible due to the relation to where it is in the strip mall and parking availability.

Very expensive. I had to ask for extra food to even fill the bowl. The guac container was all brown and looked disgusting. I have never seen guac like this and I have been coming once a week for the past 10 years. When I mentioned it to them, the whole staff serving the food argued that it was normal. Sometimes it is brown on top, I get it but this time all of it was brown and the girl kept mixing it. I asked if they had any green normal guac and they ignored me and said I am only the second person complaining. The to go counter guac looked more fresh but they did not even offer it to me. Just rude staff. Quality is questionable. Barry location is so much better.

The portions were so small. The food was cold. The chips were starting to stale. The guac? What guac. Half an unripe avocado squeezed in a portion cup.
As per the response from Chipotle I followed the link that ofc took me through a bot. No real support.

This restaurant used to be one of our weekly go-tos because it was close to home and consistently great. Sadly, the quality has dropped off dramatically.
I went in at 8 PM to order dinner for two, but they were already out of white rice, black beans, and lettuce — despite being open for three more hours. The staff were openly rude, using profanity on the front line, and I overheard what sounded like a manager yelling at someone for cooking more food, even though the line was nearly out the door.
When I got home, my bowl had only three tiny pieces of chicken — and a piece of plastic wrapper mixed in with the food. We threw it all away and went somewhere else.
Trying to get a refund was even worse. The automated phone system didn’t work, and after 45 minutes of trying to reach someone, the person I spoke to accused me of lying and said I’d have to wait for an “investigation” before I might get a refund. I ended up taking the receipt and the plastic back to the restaurant, where the manager seemed unconcerned about the plastic in the food and treated me with disrespect before reluctantly issuing a refund.
This was a disgusting and disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the unsafe food, lack of ingredients, poor service, and dismissive management, we won’t be going back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
