UPDATED POST 12MAR2025: After seeing my review, I received a call from the owner, who was concerned about the experience I had. He apologized and invited me to eat at the location to have the in-person experience. He provided quality service and asked me to choose menu items that featured signature items. I ordered the supreme calzone and a cannoli. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes are great. I recommend dining in VS delivery if you want the best experience. The food was fresh and flavorful. I am changing this rating to 4 stars. The restaurant is quiet and a great place to do work while waiting on your food. The only reason it is not a 5 is due to the delivery issue; however, I will try again and maybe update this again.

First, they did not include all the items paid for, nor the items that should have come in the order with the sampler. Second, their food was not made as advertised. The onion rings were soggy. There was no marina sauce for the mozzarella sticks. The bread that came with the salad was weird, tiny, and not edible. I received the wrong salad dressing. The salad was wilting. The “hot food” was less than lukewarm. I will not waste money on another visit. The food had a weird taste to it. Possibly old. Couldn’t even eat it after a couple of nibbles. Worst “Italian Food” I have eaten from a restaurant that had such great reviews. It needs all stars revoked.

Bellagio Pizza & Subs was an uplifting destination to visit for a small business, everything was truly exceptional from the delectable food to pet-friendly restaurants and the impeccable cleanliness. The meat lover pizza was a culinary masterpiece, so divine that I will surely return all the way from Atlanta Georgia with my dog again. The person who served me had a remarkably positive attitude and provided outstanding customer service, truly inspiring!

I’m not really sure why other reviews aren’t as positive. We popped in for just a couple appetizers to hold us over until dinner tonight. It was close by and convenient so we went in without looking into it. The man at the counter who I assume was the owner was very nice. We got cheese sticks and mild wings. I read reviews as we waited and wasn’t sure what to expect. When the food came out and we tried it I was blown away. The cheesesticks were perfectly browned and had sooooo much flavor. The wings were crispy and the sauce was so good! Even the ranch was top tier. I will say my only complaint was the price of the wings for how small they are. They are very good but I do think an adjustment in price should reflect the quantity you get. I was shocked we were the only ones in there. Please go visit this place it was so good and I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience but I truly don’t understand how not everyone is blown away. Definitely will be back!!!

Maybe different ownership, but this place is not the same as advertised. I would compare the pizza to frozen pizza, nothing fresh. Also, mozzarella sticks were from a bag frozen. Very sad I spent $40 on frozen pizza. Walk in and look at the “fresh” slice options and you’ll understand what I mean. AI reviews most likely, not good.

Pizza is never bad but it’s not always good. This was great pizza! Fresh ingredients and delicious. I love exploring non chain restaurants and this one was close during my visit to Nashville. Next time I would drive out of my way to enjoy. Had sandwiches and other dishes on the menu that I would explore. Check them out if in the area.

Absolutely worst pizza and experience I’ve ever had. Came here for the advertised gluten free crust, as a girl in our party has celiac disease and it was awful. Dough was undercooked to the point that I could roll the soft dough between my fingers. The gluten free crust was also undercooked, to the point where my friend ate the cheese OFF of her pizza crust. The Mozzarella sticks had wet breading and cold, clearly undercooked cheese these were remade and came out burnt. The chicken parmesean sandwich was ice cold as soon as we got it. When I asked for a refund as we didn’t eat our meal, the worker gave the money back for one pizza, and then came back to our group while we were finishing our sodas outside with my dissected pizza saying we were wrong, that it was cooked fine, and that he had tried some of it himself after we had eaten a slice ( gross ) and that it was my fault I didn’t ask for it to be extra crispy crust. Another patron walked out and exclaimed it was the worst pizza he had ever tasted as well. The restaurant also was cluttered with trash on all empty tables. The staff is rude, the food is terrible, if you’re looking for pizza look elsewhere friends.

The menu has a lot of options. Clean location. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Ordered Steak fry salad, meat was unseasoned chopped and not good. Chicken wings were grilled but bland. Salad was fresh. Website offers first time ordering online promo for $10 off, the code did not work. I mentioned to staff and was told it’s another code than what was posted. The cashier told me try another time. Having wrong promo code online, acknowledging and not giving to customer is not good business.
