The pizza was great, large slice and NY style, thin, crispy crust.

The consistent decline in service, food quality and attitude from one of the most overstaffed restaurants. They are always stressed and tripping over each other, yet service is awful.
Today is the end, no more. They over charged me for the “early bird”, I politely asked them to fix. After 10 minutes of waiting, went up to counter
Owner proceeded to yell at me for “not reviewing the check”… well I never got the check, just gave them the card bc the service is so slow.
Told me to sign and leave if I was in a rush. I was rushing to put my daughter to bed. As I couldn’t believe it would take over 90 minutes to eat there.
Rip Jacks. Can’t believe this place is still open because the only customers are dying off and they are rude to anyone under the age of 60.
We were a party of 8 AND everyone was delighted with their meals.
I ordered stuff shells…delish.
The prices are VERY reasonable.

We were visiting from out of town and arrived with our children. We waited more than 20 minutes before being acknowledged. After that, we waited another 20 minutes before being asked if we were ready to order. I had to stand up to get assistance.
The staff member working the entrance appeared overwhelmed and communication was very difficult. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I work in the service industry, and this level of service was unacceptable.
Because of the long wait, poor communication, and lack of basic hospitality, we decided to leave. We will not be returning. Better organization and customer service at the entrance would make a big difference.
