I don’t normally post negative reviews/ and this one is not. Its good and bad. I usually love this Starbucks so much and I still do. 1st time ever actually getting a bad drink. Asked them to please remake it because it was super watered down. Guy gave me a funky look, took my drink and made the same watered down drink. I had a headache so I just left. I just could not bring myself to settle for the drink. It was so gross! So I called and the person I spoke with was so kind and actually listened to what I said. Had a new drink waiting for me as soon I got in. Thank you so much Ash This drink was perfect

I have had no problems with previous starbucks hot chocolates before this one. I decided to use my last four dollars to get one here, and I completely regret it. I ask for a hot chocolate without mocha since I’m not a big fan of coffee. I let it cool on my way home, and let my sister have the first sip. It turns out, that it was only steamed milk. A total rip off of my money. Would never order here again! Ruined my whole mood.

Placed a mobile order through the app, was immediately quoted 18-21 minutes for pick up. Long wait, but whatever, I wasn’t in a hurry. Well, 35 minutes later, I got my drink. That’s a pretty unacceptable wait time. Thank goodness I didn’t have anywhere to be right away, but anyone with an appointment or meeting would have been screwed.

Also, the music is super loud. I tried to make a few phone calls while I was waiting for my (1) drink to be made, and no one that I was talking to could hear me, I had to step outside to even be heard. I’ve noticed most Starbucks are playing pretty loud music these days to discourage people from camping out in the stores, but the volume was pretty extreme in this particular case.

Awful. A mobile order for a drip coffee and a cake pop for my FIL shouldn’t take 30 min. No excuse for that whatsoever and it’s happened repeatedly. If he didn’t enjoy it so much and options weren’t limited in our area, there’s no way I would continue to spend money in this particular store.

I visit this store far more than id like to admit, BUT I have to brag on “Ash”, a barista at this Starbucks.. she’s so sweet every time I come through and she makes the BEST drinks! She takes the time to talk to my kids, and ask how we are doing. Seriously LOVE her!!!

Updating this review. Been in about 4 times recently and had long waits. After 15 minutes in drive through had to go in for a remake that took even longer. In total through drive through and going in I was there well over 30 minutes for 2 very simple drinks. Went inside another day for a drink and was 1 of 3 cutomers. Was again in there for close to 15 minutes for 1 drink. Not sure what’s going on with these wait times. Staff were still very friendly.

This long over due. Let me start with people seem to be working hard considering all the traffic at this location. They do not have enough staff for 5pm traffic. I shouldn’t be in line 25-35 mins for 4-5 cars. I finally got bad coffee after waiting 35 mins in line. It’s not strange to see one person working inside and drivethu at 5pm. I’m going to give other coffee shops a chance to earn my business because this Starbucks can’t manage the traffic. This not a dig against the place but I refuse to sit in line 35min for 3-5 cars after working all day. I hope they figure it out.

Probably one of the worst run Starbucks I’ve seen. If you use the drive thru, they ask you to wait at the speaker so they don’t see your vehicle on the drive thru cameras/timer. They are so slow at making orders it takes 10-15 minutes per vehicle. I’ve seen privately owned shops with fewer staff members do it faster and better. They also will not allow mobile orders if they are falling behind in the mornings. If they do allow it, by the time you get through the drive thru your coffee is cold. I wish a competitor would open up to make them work for it.

Wow just wow , great customer service which is lacking these days . I felt welcomed, even one of the employees said , ” Thank you for your Service ” since I had my Navy shirt on.

Now this is a total 180 from my last years visit, were I felt like the employee could have cared less if I was there.
