Jose at Moe’s was extremely helpful over the phone, answered all my questions, and made sure my order was correct before it went out for delivery. Everything arrived tasting fresh and really good. Great customer service all around!

Went to moes for dinner on a Tuesday night, should have kept my money ! The customer service horrible! The man gave me a half scoop of chicken on my bowl I had more cheese than anything ! The sauce bar was disgusting the rice was hard and not cooked fully ! 0 out of 10 don’t recommend !

Convenient location. But…tonight most of the tables inside were dirty as well as the sauce bar. Some of the booth seats had large tears. The soda machine was out of Coke. They forgot the cheese on 1 of 4 of our burritos and they were very skimpy with the rest of the toppings on all 4 burritos. 1 of our cups of queso had a hair in it. The prices are higher than they should be. The red salsa and also the queso do not taste as good as they used to. They also no longer offer plain diced tomato nor cucumber as a topping like they used to. We are certainly not going to return to this location.

The wife said it was my turn to cook. My response was it was her turn. No one wanted to cook so on our way home, after a long day, we tried this place out.
We walked in and immediately the staff was nice. Atmosphere was good. Looking at the menu I couldn’t help but compare it to Chipotle. The wife had been to a Moe’s long ago in Florida. This was my first time.
I went with a wrap. First thing I noticed was the serving size for everything was smaller than expected but no worries. Again I couldn’t help but compare this place to Chipotle. But on the plus side, they have some toppings that Chipotle doesn’t have.
After everything I can say it tasted okay. Nothing memorable but it was okay.
The wife got a chicken bowl. She said it was okay as well. It was more spicy then expected. She also mentioned they weren’t very generous with the toppings.
The orders came with free tortilla chips which was nice. A little salt a they were a great addition.

The best part of tonight’s experience was the fact that at least it had a sanitation grade in the 90s.
Service: With Three employees out front, six people in line and a pile of to go orders, all the manager could do was tell the one employee to stop serving those in line and start taking care of the to-go orders. At that point, he returned to the back of the restaurant.
Cleanliness: everything about the store needs attention….from the windows to the bathrooms. Torn upholstery, paint, etc.
Shameful!!

What happened to Moe’s? I’ve never been to the Knightdale franchise, but I’ll never be back. I went in craving an old favorite, the Homewrecker bowl, and walked out with my wallet wrecked and nothing else. I wouldn’t have minded paying the new higher prices that were hilariously advertised on the front door, but the entire bowl weighed less than 7 ounces. The line cook skimped on everything and told me it would cost extra to get more. The checkout person asked me if I wanted BOGO and I said sure, then she said I would have had to order that ahead on the app. Why ask then? Photo is the plate untouched. The only reason I have rice on the fork is because I was looking for the rest of the chicken…
Goodbye Moe’s. We used to enjoy you.

Called the location at 8:12 pm on a recorded line and was told that they closed at ten. Having had the experience of the google hours being wrong before and saving had great service at this location in the past past 9 pm tonight we were met with a very rude employee that needs management training in customer service. After being very rude offered to make food but after the poor customer service i choose not to spend my money at the store. This was the last location of Moe’s that was good anymore but I guess all good things come to an end. After the rude way he spoke to me I will not return.

The food was good, the service was bad! The person who took my order actually waited for me to ask for them to take my order! The person who prepared my food did put their gloves on and then stood there looking down, no eye contact, until I addressed them.
The dining room wasn’t all that clean but I can’t say it was super dirty. It just looked as if no one had given it attention to make it look better. The chairs and tables were out of order. They were crumbs left on the tables and under the tables. The trash can door was open.
Although it wasn’t super bad, I won’t go back to that location.

It’s nice eating Moe’s when I visit NC, but this time it sucked. Dude literally looked at me and served me like 6 little pieces of chicken in my Stack. $13 dollars was wasted.

Typical Moe’s experience. There’s nothing too fancy here as it’s just another burrito joint with funny names like the “home wrecker.” The burrito includes guacamole so don’t forget to ask for it! The chips were pretty tasty but the salsas are mediocre. The best is definitely the mild salsa. The service was fast, servers were nice, and the restaurant is generally in good condition. If you need a quick bite to eat and don’t want to eviscerate your insides with the likes of other fast food joints, then this is a fine place to come.
