whoever works night shift perhaps should be retrained. more than twice now i’ve gotten a pathetic excuse for a crunch wrap. only thing crunchy about it was the inch of lettuce and nothing else. basically zero meat both times, come on dude.

This place is a joke. The blonde child at the window was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. I’ve never seen someone’s eyes roll around in their sockets so much. I wish I’d have recorded this. I was the only car and after she was done being rude she shut the window and did nothing. Just stood there. Then two boys started talking to her and laughing. After about ten minutes she opened the window and “handed” me the bag. By handed I mean as violently as she could muster slapped the bag into my hand. I’m not joking. This little girl needs therapy. Immediately. When I get home I realize the food has been tossed into the bag without even being wrapped. Again, not joking. Imagine putting tacos in a bag unwrapped and then shaking the bag, that’s what this order looked like. I then called the store and the boy who answered claimed to be the manager and said there was nothing he could do about it except tell his employees to do better. I was so embarrassed for all of them. It’s shocking that anyone could actually in real life act like that. If you happened to be a parent of a child who works at this location, I feel for you because these kids were the ones no one wants to have to try to parent. Hopefully they were just trying to show off for each other and are not like that every day.

Run of the mill Taco Bell as far as what you end up eating. The problem is the staff, they are all nice and lovely people, but they do not know how to be in a kitchen, it took them 30 minutes of me standing my the counter in an empty dining room for them to realize they forgot to make my order, then an extra 10 minutes just to make 3 soft tacos.. they apologise profusely, but it’s just comical how long that took.
Also one time they ran out of meat and didn’t have any signs tell the customer that, they would just tell you when you’d try and order something with meat.

I went to Taco Bell tonight and ordered a burrito, and it had hair in it. I came back to get it replaced. I asked if I could get a small compensation, like chips and cheese on the side, and they told me they couldn’t do that and could only remake the burrito.
The guy working just shook his head and acted like there was nothing he could do. He looked irritated and made it seem like it wasn’t his problem at all. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since the issue was food safety.
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you’re okay with rude service and a frustrating experience.
If I could put 0 stars I would.

The registers don’t carry enough change for a $100 bill. Had to cancel my whole order after they made it and trash the food. You’d think they would be better prepared?

The portion sizes were a bit small, especially when it came to the meat portions. Despite that, the food was definitely edible, and I enjoyed my meal. I would consider going back to try other dishes on their menu. Ultimately, I had a pleasant dining experience.

I placed an order on the mobile app, and when I arrived, they made me get back in line again just because I didn’t check in at the microphone near the menu. Instead, I went directly to the window, and it was the same Hispanic guy who served me. It was as if the computer where I was supposed to check in wasn’t the same one. It’s ridiculous, and when I went to the window for the second time, they were laughing.

Update: Mexican pizza wasn’t made very well, but it tasted good and I’m glad it is back.
