We love Marcos, but the last few times we have ordered (and did not check no contact delivery) our pizza has been left at the wrong address 3-5 houses down. I haven’t wanted to leave a negative review but this has happened so many times in a row. I’m leaving 3 stars because they did offer a refund or a remake to make it right- but if the driver can’t call or confirm the address- delivery may not be the best option from this location.

First time trying this location and won’t be back. I ordered a calzone for takeout and by the time I got home realized it wasn’t mine. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back so ate it anyway, but it wasn’t fully cooked halfway through. Stretchy raw dough.

Delivery was awful, ordered the hot honey and the bottom crust was soaked in grease, didn’t even feel like it had crust on the bottom. The toppings slid right off as soon as you grabbed it and picked it up. Very disappointed!

I feel bad for the surrounding pizza places. To each their own in this case, but the quality and taste of Marco’s pizza is fantastic. Their menu is slightly different in store than online. Meaning inside, their menu offers more of a selection. Or maybe I’m just crazy, but I don’t think so. MajorMisfits4Change on Reddit.

The Pizza is a bit expensive, but we always shop with a coupon. Normally we like the pizza, but there have been a few occasions that the pizza wasn’t as good. They frequently mess up on something small, like the crust topper or when asked to cut into 16. Once they forget an entire topping on a 2 topping pizza.
The last pizza was the worst cut job ever. Even Little Caesars cuts their cheap pizzas way better than this.

Have been eating here for years without an issue. Not the case today, they were supposed to have the ordered in 30 minutes. Someone from the store called me when it was already 20 minutes late and tried to get me to pick it up. When I told them I couldn’t they told me it was ready and would sit under the heat lamps until they delivered supposed to be another 30 minutes. When they got it here over and hour later it was cold, and hard, it had sat under the heat lamps. If I had received this skimpy of sandwiches from them before I wouldn’t have ordered tonight. Terrible food, service and delivery. Wont be going back.
