We needed to have a team lunch, so we picked this place to try, they are a pretty new restaurant and non of use have been there yet. It was 6 of use, from the start they were very friendly and helpful. They explained some of the meals to us, and helped in our decision and which appetizers to get. We started off with the volcano fires and zucchini. But we’re great, full of flavor and fresh. Our lunch meals were also well presentation and tasted fantastic. Nobody had any issues with any of their meals. Great experience and atmosphere, start to finish. We will be coming back here again. Highly recommend this place.

Loved dinner here!!! The workers, wait staff, and bartenders were all very friendly and welcoming, the service was excellent. We tried a combination of the tasting menu and some of the regular menu items, everything was amazing—the best was the wagyu burger which I am 100% coming back for. The drinks were all so unique and thoughtful, tried a few which I had never thought to order— the 7 pillars of nirvana and the pumpkin manhattan were my favorite!! Looking forward to the next time I can come.

From start to finish, this was truly an experience. We came in for the 12-course meal during their soft opening (they don’t even have their grand opening until December 3rd), and they still treated us like VIPs. Since it wasn’t too busy, they upgraded us to a private room, which made it the perfect girls’ night.

My girlfriends and I have been trying to celebrate our October birthdays for weeks and life kept getting in the way, so finally being together here made it even more special. The owner was so kind and even added an extra meat course that’s normally part of the 18-course menu, on the house. Then to top it all off, he surprised me and my friend with our own personal birthday cakes

Our chef, Scott, was such a treat. You could tell he really cared about every detail and took time to explain each dish. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Every course was beautifully presented, every cut of meat was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the vegetable pairings were absolutely on point.

From the service, to the food, to the atmosphere, everything was exactly what you’d hope for and more. I’m so excited to see this place blow up once they officially open and can’t wait to see who else ends up discovering this gem. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Jo’Sean Wagyu Omakose for Valentine’s Day, and honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We reserved the 15-course omakase, and every single dish delivered.

Our chef, Ruben, was truly the heart of the experience. He told us that a lot of his culinary training was actually in pizza and that this was a newer path for him. That blew our minds because you would never know it. His technique, his flavors, his presentation, all of it was on point like he’d been doing this for years. And on top of all that, Ruben was genuinely funny. He made the whole evening feel personal, not just like a meal. He was easily one of the best parts of the night.

The food was incredible across the board. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and cooked right in front of us. The wagyu was a showstopper. The marbling was perfect, and the flavor was out of this world. Easily a 5 out of 5. But the dish my husband and I are still talking about? That wagyu burger. We both said we have to go back just for that. Every cut of meat was top tier, and there wasn’t a single miss throughout all 15 courses.

What also really impressed us was how smooth the evening went. Even on Valentine’s Day, we were in and out with no issues. Nothing felt rushed or chaotic. It was seamless from start to finish, and having everything cooked right in front of us made it that much more special.

At $220 per person, it’s absolutely worth it. We’re already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for an unforgettable wagyu omakase experience in Dallas, Jo’Sean is it. Ask for Ruben. You won’t regret it.

What a great experience from start to finish! From the moment we were greeted at the door, the service was exceptional. Kylee, Rubin, Huang, and Eric all went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. The drinks were amazing, the meal was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had — can’t wait to come back!

The ambiance here is incredibly cool, and the service is amazing! Their lunch burger and galbi rice bowl were delicious. I’m definitely planning to return to try their signature wagyu omakase. The chef even surprised us with Dubai chocolate!

TL;DR: I would give this place a 4.95 stars because I personally don’t care for the texture of braised short ribs regardless of where they are made, but everything else was exceptional.

First off, self-parking is limited and difficult to find on a Saturday night, so valet is going to be your best option.

Upon entering, you are warmly greeted and offered a seat at the bar while they get the seating arrangements prepared. They had a good selection of signature cocktails, and I chose the Smile & Nod (Banana-Cinnamon Bourbon, Islay Scotch, Banana, Lemon, Ginger, Brown Butter, Pineapple) which ended up being a fantastic choice. It had a very unique flavor profile that I didn’t expect and ended up loving. I’ve never had Banana-Cinnamon Bourbon before, but now I’m going to be looking for it.

Once the tables were ready, I was promptly seated and given a brief overview of the menu and asked if I wanted any wine. Since I ordered a cocktail and was enjoying it, I did not.

Pretty much every dish offered was exceptional. The wagyu tends to coat your entire mouth, especially if you add a pinch of salt to each bite. I personally did not care for the texture of the braised short rib by itself. I would prefer that texture to be experienced on Bahn Mi or something. But I do highly recommend trying most of the dishes without salt first and then with salt.

My favorite menu items were the ribeye, the beef belly, and the burger. Those items provided the most satisfying bites out of the entire meal. The ribeye and beef belly are what you expect: intense flavor that coats your entire mouth and lingers. The burger was so rich and flavorful that you could remove the cheese and still have an amazing experience, because the combination of wagyu, caramelized onions, and mushrooms provide enough of a flavor and texture profile that the cheese becomes irrelevant and nearly unnoticeable. Since there were an odd number of guests and I was solo, they offered me another quarter of the the burger so it wouldn’t go to waste. I gladly accepted. Hospitality is exceptional here.

This place gets a 10 out of 10 will HIGHLY RECOMMEND from me. I was already handing out recommendations on my phone 4 courses in, and will continue to recommend this place as long as they remain open.

The newly established restaurant offers an exquisite interior and exceptional service. The food portions are notably generous. A diverse selection of cocktails is available, which I thoroughly enjoyed, alongside a luxurious private room featuring high-definition LED imagery. This establishment is highly recommended for those who appreciate high-quality A5 wagyu and Korean-style meats/dishes.

Had an amazing time tonight! The service was A1 and the food was absolutely incredible! Way better than we expected. You can tell the chefs perfected the recipes and truly thought out the experience. We’ll definitely be returning! The drink presentation was also so fun! Tried 4 different cocktails and they were all delicious. The 12 course is super filling and the meat just melts in your mouth.
