For one they would not let me get a shake to drink instead of a soda which all the other dairy queens let me do for an upcharge. Them they had this weird film over the gravy i got and then there was a hair in the gravy….Will not go back

The staff is very rude. Never do they say thank you for anything. Use to be great service before the new owners took over. I live near Gay drive but will drive all the way across town. I’ve ordered blizzards and they didn’t use the right ingredients.

This place is the slowest serving fast food of any place I’ve ever been wait on average over a half hour just to get a blizzard this time was almost an hour. My advice go across town 5 minutes away much faster and same quality and freshness.
Update. So I tried this place once again because well there was nobody in line so the wait should be really quick and the owner was nice enough to give me a generic response to hopefully come back. I ordered a blizzard and chicken strip basket. Was running about 11 minutes early for work so figured tons of time for just me the only customer to get my food and on with my day. Waited 15 minutes after paying was getting to that danger point of maybe being late to my job. So I had to leave. Kinda curious how much longer I would have had to stay to actually get my food. Not only did I not get my order due to the slow service which I paid for but the blizzard was soft and very pathetic. Where’s the legendary blizzard flip to show the quality of icecream your getting. Overall I’m so unsatisfied I’m going to try and summit a ticket to corporate. I never do this kinda thing but I think the owner should be held a little bit responsible.

Horrible service. Lady slammed door on customer. Hard bun on burger. Swimming in ketchup and other condiments. Not using dairy queen ingredients. Don’t go there. If you have a couple of minutes go to McDonald’s.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken boxes tonight, it wasn’t busy at all. The workers don’t seem to understand English well at all and are not pleasant. The box is supposed to have the tenders, fries, gravy and Texas toast. Here’s the problem: after so looking forward to having this meal, was very disappointed that the gravy cup was only half full and there was no Texas toast. Other issue, we had DQ birthday cake a couple weeks back, the ice cream cake was not made the same as past. The fudge filling was not crunchy and yummy as before. Doubtful we will be back. Too many errors will not keep your customers coming back. Sad.
