We’re excited to have a new Chick-fil-A on the east side of town and truly hope this location does very well. From the start, it’s clear they’re off to a strong beginning.
The spicy chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve had from Chick-fil-A in quite a while. It was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent for a brand-new restaurant. The staff was friendly and courteous, there were no hiccups, and our food came out quickly. You can tell the team has been well trained. We also appreciated the extra greenery in the floral centerpiece, which adds a fresh, welcoming touch.
We tried the new Dr. Pepper float and it was delicious. The only small hiccup was that we ordered it after our meal by scanning the QR code at the table, and it took longer than expected to come out. After checking at the counter, it turned out the order had gotten lost behind the scenes, but the staff handled it promptly once we asked.
A couple of minor notes: it would be nice if there were a way to keep the fry containers from being filled with crumbs. We also appreciated the warm water temperature in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
All in all, this is a great addition to the east side, and we’ll definitely be coming back. We’re rooting for this location and look forward to many future visits.

Their nuggets and sauce are soooo good! Not sure when they opened but went there for lunch and it was way less busy (still busy!) than the west side location. They”re kind of the only thing there, so getting in and out was a breeze.

Beautiful restaurant- also not sure if he was the owner but saw one of the best dressed Chick-fil-A employees ever. I think he was wearing a Sid Mashburn suit. Anyway- great food, great service.

Pulled into drive through at 6:35 a.m. with 2 cars in front of me. Placed my order. It took until 7:05 to get to the window. They then said they didn”t have what they needed to fill my order. I asked what was happening, I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. She said they weren’t properly stocked for the morning??? I was now late for where I needed to be at 7:00. Left… No food, no apology, nothing.
