Certainly. Here’s a more polite and non-confrontational version of your message:

I initially visited to receive a credit for two deluxe boxes, as we had previously requested no tomatoes due to someone’s allergy. I was informed that the two boxes would be credited. However, when I arrived, only the soft tacos and chalupas were credited. We proceeded to order the boxes, reiterating our request for no tomatoes on the steak chalupas and making it clear that no tomatoes should be included on any of the items. When we returned home, the credit bag contained chicken instead of the requested steak, and the new order of chalupas had tomatoes on them.

We then contacted the store, and after being on the phone for about 50 minutes, we decided to drive back there. Upon arrival, we noticed we were initially ignored at the counter, and one staff member even started entering a DoorDash order. The two front staff members seemed to be having a disagreement about closing their sections, which caused a bit of delay. After about 5-7 minutes, one of them asked how they could assist us. We requested to speak with a manager, and she responded somewhat dismissively, saying she would see if the manager was available. During this time, we overheard a conversation among staff regarding our order, specifically whether the order contained chicken or steak.

When the manager came out, we explained the situation—highlighting the lengthy phone call, the errors in the order, and the fact that the chalupas with tomatoes had to be discarded due to an allergy. She mentioned she had prepared the orders and was confident there were no tomatoes and no chicken, which seemed to dismiss our concerns. She suggested that I go home and bring back the food for a remake, but I explained that I live 25 minutes away and had already made a round trip after the initial delay. I also mentioned that the items with tomatoes had been thrown away because of the allergy. The manager did remake my friend’s mac and cheese but expected me to return with two chicken chalupas and two with tomatoes.

Throughout this process, there was a noticeable lack of courtesy, and we perceived some attitude from staff. Additionally, the atmosphere seemed tense, and at one point, a manager appeared to be condescending toward a newer employee by instructing her on something displayed on the screen. Another manager then commented casually that the credit simply needed to be processed and paid for with the next order, seemingly without taking the time to understand or explain the steps involved. I believe the manager’s name was Melissa.

We appreciate any attention to these concerns and hope for better customer service experiences in the

I spent a ton of money on our order today and this is the first thing we see when we were handed our order. Super insulted and even though Taco Bell is a favorite of my family’s we will NOT be coming back to my home town Taco Bell in Dry Ridge. This team needs some lessons in customer service! People have reasons for ordering things without ingredients and that does not warrant ever to be treated this way. My order was not most complicated but even if it was we paid hard earned money for our food today. I hope you find a better way to train your people in kindness and customer service. Very disappointed

We originally went through the drive through to order food and get the credit order we were due and it went smoothly until we got home and saw they not only didn’t add things that were clearly ordered but they put tomatoes on tacos that were ordered clearly as NO TOMATOES hence why a credit order was due because the same thing happened then and they. They also gave chicken instead of steak and uncharged for the steak. I then called in and was put on hold for over 50 minutes with no resolution or even anyone on the phone!? We went in and tried to talk to a manager but when asking for one an employee became nasty about it and went to see if the manager was available. The manager then came up and gave me my item that they forgot but then when it came to the no tomato fix and the chicken vs. steak she said that she was the one who made them and she knows they were right. When it was not we have photos. Between the long phone call when I tried to resolve this over the phone first then the nasty employee when I asked to speak to a manger politely THEN the manager saying no I know those were made right when they weren’t and made it to be like we were lying??? NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. Will be reporting this to corporate.

incredibly rude staff. i have not been talked to like this before in a drive thru ever. my partner made a mistake stating our order and we got sighed at and talked down to several times by the woman in the drive thru just for making a mistake in my speech and even apologized several times. yall NEED to be trained in how to speak to people and calm the hell down. i don’t go to a fast food restaurant for my loved ones to be talked to like a dog

We eat there all the time and the food is always good. Our order is almost always accurate. It just seems like they run out of stuff a lot, like they’re minimizing inventory more than they should.

I now understand why they implemented a no refund policy because they would go out of business. My wife ordered the door dash and the order was wrong so I stopped by on my way home to get it corrected which they kindly did but then proceeded to mess up the new food. It was just a simple soft taco and chicken quesadilla. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to get an order corrected.

Christmas eve closing and we were last in line as employees stood behind us to not let other cars enter. As the staff laughed and carried in wasted our time and decided to close as we got to the speaker. Unprofessional and could of easier saved our 15 mins of waiting with our kids. Do better instead of laughing and enjoying cigarettes near customers!

They skimmed me on two party packs at different times. I called the complaint line and all I got back was two free items tickets. When we placed an order and used the two free item tickets, we got attitude from the manager. I heard new management took over. You can tell. Now they’re skimping on ingredients even more.

Ordered 3 Doritos tacos and 7 soft tacos with no lettuce. Got 2 doritos tacos and 4 soft tacos and all had lettuce. Will never buy there again. Spent $22 for something I couldn’t eat.
