At the time I went, they had one person, hosting, serving, cleaning the table and responsible of payment and the ice cream area. The lady tried her very best to pay attention to everyone and not have you wait too much. She was really kind, all the point went to her, management needs to do better with staffing. Friendly’s has gotten rid of the usual mozzarella sticks. Ice cream tasted great although not sized correctly. This was the order of fries… should tell you enough.

Great ice cream with a classic mood! I was surprised by the quality of service, as Friendlys still gives metal cups even for cone ice cream and a menu when dining in. Ice cream tasted great and good value!

Service was terribly slow and prices are too high. We waited 20 minutes for our ice cream to come out, even though we were the only people that had placed an order, and it when it did, it was melty. The ice cream was fine, but was not at all worth the wait. My sundae that I ordered with Reese’s PB Cups came out with a single PB Cup that wasn’t even crushed. I would recommend a local ice cream place instead.

I walked in to use the bathroom as I’m 8 months pregnant, the staff was so nice and understanding. I ended up ordering a meal to go and it was actually really good! I got the tuna supermelt with loaded waffle fries. I wanted ice cream but not sure how the two would’ve mixed haha. I noticed they have salads on the menu now as well, can’t wait to come back for my icecream and try a salad!

I got to say prices are going sky high on me yes these days! Even friendlys there is no value! Lunch people, lunch for 3, just entrees and drinks cost me $55! Are you kidding me! My daughter got 5 chicken fingers and onion rings and that was $16.99 and the portion was pitiful! Super disappointed, the chicken finger were so small it was comical! I had a chicken bbq sandwich which was great but these prices makes me want to stay in! I can understand iff they were big chicken fingers, but look at the pics! Terrible! The service was good, but they got to do something with the. Pricing!
