The biscuit was the best part of our experience here. The fries smelled like nasty stale breath. The chicken was tough and the sandwich tasted like death warmed over. Bleh. Never coming back here. And the food costs a fortune. I’d rather go to McDonalds where it’s cheaper and better food.

Went to Popeyes yesterday my order # 4642 spent $32.46 . We received 4 biscuits instead of 7 and they were cold and seemed like day old biscuits (very hard) and refried chicken tenders (very oily). I called and the manager said he could not do anything and said he would call me back because he was busy and never did. This is the last time we are going to this location (extremely unsatisfied with this location)

They don’t check orders before giving out the food and that is the Manager. Older man with glasses. He admitted he gave my food to someone with my very common name. He didn’t bother checking their order number and decided to want to charge me for the order I paid. He proceeds to ask for my order number and I show him my app. He proceeds to admit he didn’t check the other man’s order number. When he made my order again he accused me of giving my “name”’ to someone else to get double the food. Which is ridicules. I would have never had this issue with any of the other food places near by. Don’t blame someone else for you doing a poor job. Much less accuse them of wanting to steal after admitting you didn’t do your job as a manager. Imagine what he teaches his employees

Stopped by here Saturday evening. The chicken was great as always, crispy, juicy and fresh. The mash potatoes had that awesome Cajun gravy. The bisciuts, fresh and buttery. Everything that we ordered was a 10 out of a 10. Service was good as well. Thoroughly entire our meal.

Excellent fried chicken, Cajun traditional spices and sides are to die for, quality is always consistently great and what I typically do is wait 15 min for a fresh batch to come out. The daily specials are always a great deal and the current 10pcs mixed chicken only deal is shockingly somehow cheaper than the 8 pc mixed (no sides) .

Horrible Horrible Horrible….never again will i go to this location! Simply because of the man that took my order in the drive thru. He was soo rude and upset for no reason even more so once I told him i had to free kid’s meals that my kids got from school . He talked so rudely like i was getting free food from his house. He talked to me as if i was his child . He needs to stop working in customer service if he is going to act like a grumpy old man and take it out on customers! Horrible do better popeyes! MY KIDS WERE EXCITED TO GET THEIR FOOD THAT THEY EARNED FROM SCHOOL AND THEN THEIR EXCITEMENT LEFT THEIR FACES ONCE THE MAN TALKED TO ME SO RUDE! SAD!

I asked for extra gray, manager blonde girl, said it has extra gray, she tried to charge me $3 something for a small cup of gravy and then walked away from window. When you are in the service industry you should always act in a professional manner especially if you were addressed calmly and respectfully.. I’m more than sure that they’re dozens of other individuals that could do a better job. Owner needs to address this type of behavior
