If you’re a cinnamon roll lover, then this place is an absolute must-try. I ordered their classic cinnamon roll, which I believe was priced at $6.20. It was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of cinnamon flavors. The roll was freshly baked and served hot, adding to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed every bite of this delightful treat, as it was both satisfyingly filling and well worth the price.

Emma and Mason had thee worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Cinnabon location. I made a purchase, but forgot to scan my rewards app for my freebie. Upon returning, literally 6 minutes later with receipt in hand , I was told I had to make ANOTHER purchase in order to redeem my freebie. I would suggest additional training on customer service, as it was very underwhelming.

Cinnamon rolls are obviously good but they seriously dink around so much behind the counter, so much. You wait in line for much longer than you need to, the staff acts like your an inconvenience that your day by making sure the company makes money and they get a pay check.

I havent been to a cinnabon in so long and had a craving for a cinnabon and got here ordered a center cinnabon ..got it to go and got home ..what they consider a “center” cinnabon is a regular cinnabon all bunched up together in a cup..side pieces were in the cup as well and they were hard and I only wanted the middle part of a cinnabon cause its soft and gooey, however I didn’t get that ..then I noticed they hardly put any frosting on the cinnamon rolls which they seem to do on purpose to get ppl to spend an extra dollar for extra frosting ..there was hardly no frosting on the cinnamon roll, it didn’t taste fresh and was kinda hard ..

Went by Cinnabon while at the mall picked up a 6 pack on the shelf asked if they were baked fresh today and she said yes only to find out in the car on the way home that they were ice cold out of the fridge and too stale to eat should have been discarded days ago I’ve never had a bad Cinnabon before in my life but after this I may never have another. Paid $22.00 for what should have been waste.Do better Cinnabon

Absolutely terrible service, terrible customer service, and TERRIBLE RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE DON’T CARE HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS TYPE OF PEOPLE!! The head manager is very rude and disrespectful. The employees are even worst. We went in there Sunday afternoon and the mall closes at 6pm but me and my Wife literally watched the young girl employee throw all the Cinnabons in the trash and started cleaning up. So we get to the counter and ask for Cinnabons and this young white girl looks like a teenager, she says “Oh we sold out, ain’t no moe” just like that… AN IT’S STILL 30MINS before they close and we watched her throw them away and lie to our face that they sold everything. Compensation is way over due!!!!!

Purchased a six pack of Cinnabon’s at this location and the Cinnabon’s are extremely dry as if an ingredient is missing. I think the butter was missing before they rolled them up and cut them. I also tried to warm them up and see if it made a difference but it didn’t, so we just topped them with some Ice Cream. The staff was helpful but I don’t think they are trained correctly. I think they are new hires. I’ve never had a problem at other locations. I will give them another try at a Later date and see how it goes.

The Cinnabon place at Lakeside Mall is delicious. This location is pretty far from delicous. The Cinnabon was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The staff also didn’t take my coupon because they didn’t have the correct scanner. I have worked retail, you can hand enter any coupon. Don’t waste your money, get an Auntie Anne’s pretzel next door.
