We recently moved to NC from the Northern US and one thing we’re noticing really quickly is that Popeyes down here is absolutely terrible, and the funny thing is that it is only Popeyes and no other chain. I legitimately think I have had the worst experience ordering any sort of food in my life. The wait was terrible, there is nothing on the line ready to eat and the employees are just absent. It took maybe 40 minutes to get two basic menu items and if I hadn’t paid, we would have just walked away and went to the Chick-Fil-A across the court. If you’re reading this, dont order at any of the Popeyes restaraunts around here, they’re all awful and you’ll probably waste a good half hour to an hour of your life. The funny thing is that two people came back from break and by my count there were 4 people doing absolutely nothing while 7 couples waited for their items.

Every time and I means EVERY time I decide to patronize this Popeyes my order is always horrible. From cold food to an incorrect order. Today I ordered a combo with mashed potatoes and hot sauce as the side, but for max & cheese and ketchup as the side. To say I was disappointed when I got home is an understatement. Please do better!

The food was ok, the shrimp waz a bit hard and so was the tenders. It also wasnt all the shrimp I ordered. The employees was very polite and helped me out. I pre-ordered my food and it was a bit cold the frozen drink was completely detauled!! Had a picnic outside had to go in to get spoons and use the facilities and omgoodness the store and restroom is nasty as heck !! Just dirty like no one has cleaned in a month even the glass on the building and front doors which I know that the doors get bad with customers always touching the glass instead of the handle.. anyway gotta do better Popeyes

Wow! The food was so delicious. I had the classic chicken sandwich which is so big that I took half of it home with me to have later. The mac and cheese was the best that I have had at a fast food place. It wa very good. Everything was served by very nice people and the guy who took my order was efficient and friendly.

Sunday afternoon December 14th at 4:30 pm not sure what is the manager’s name, very unprofessional, not clean at all with rude customer service. Front cashier was blond guy with zero work ethic, overall experience was terrible under cooked chicken tenders please be aware before going there and for the higher management you need to take actions this place review rates are under 3 stars for a reason.

What a rude guy at the drive thru today. Told me the had bone in chicken, red beans/rice and macaroni and cheese to choose from at 6 pm on a Sunday afternoon. I asked so not possible to get a chicken sandwich? Response: I just told you what we had! Rudely. Not sure I’ll be back. #1. How do you not have menu items. Someone not doing their job. #2. Dont be RUDE!!

Mac and cheese was disgusting, stale, cold, and non edible, when I asked to change it the guy who was at the cash register wasn’t answering anything I asked, and ended up having to keep going back and forth between us and his manager finally the manager turned around and when I asked her to get a refund or exchange it she laughed in my face and said there is no way that there is something wrong with the Mac and cheese, she then told us it was freshly made at 3:00 pm….it was 2:15 pm. Overall horrible customer service.
