Ordered a chocolate milkshake that was supposed to be $3.69 and when I got to the window my price went up to $4.00 due to “price increase”. As you see this is the size of a cup of coffee and literally half of it was whipped cream, not milkshake. The drive thru attendant was rude as could be which isn’t unusual for this location.

Continuing disappointment is the only thing this Hardees, is good at. Suggestion hire people who can order the items you need to serve, and hire people who will take a small amount of pride in their work.

So I’ve put off posting a review because I don’t like bashing businesses as I’m in the food service industry myself. I came to Hardee’s as it’s really the only option for breakfast in Pearson. Pulled up to the window (9:20) and the, I’m assuming manager, said they were super short staffed and it would be a while before I got my food. I try to be understanding of that so I said it was fine and it was. It had been an hour after I ordered (10:25). I’m sitting in the parking lot watching as the people who are pulling up to the window are already getting their food. Shouldn’t the 8 other cars in the parking lot be their priority? I’m not dressed appropriately to go in but I finally had to go in and when I did they had my food ready? All in all just not a good experience. The manager said that our next meal would be on her but I doubt I’ll be returning

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. We walked in. An employee was seated at table. We waited for someone to take our order. Had to ask her who took orders. She called a man up to help us. We ordered a coke and a tea, 2 apple pies. We got 2 cokes and a sorry blueberry looking pie. It was sorry. Threw it away. After he charged us and we went to get our drinks he said no sweet tea. Will never stop here again! Needs to be CLOSED

I normally don’t post about fast food because it is fast food. Normally if you want better quality you would go elsewhere to dine. I was completely blown away today at the Hardee’s in Pearson, Ga today. Walked through the door and was greeted as soon as I entered and was asked how I was doing (3 employees in sight and all had smiles on their face and you could tell they actually liked being there to work)!! Counter girl gave the spiel of the day and away we went with my order. She then handed me a order number placard and said she would bring it right out. So the food arrives and what happened next was down right amazing. The fries were fresh, the burger was hot and fresh and she again came back and asked if I needed anything else. Freaking amazing experience and to that store my hats off to you. Thanks for reminding me that there are still genuine people out there. Thank You!!!

My husband and I had spent a wet day on our motorcycle driving through torrential rain storms on our way back through Georgia. We stopped at the Hardee’s on main street once the rain stopped to get a quick bite and Vanessa the manager told is that although they’re not serving in the dining room they could set us up a little table outside so we could rest for a few minutes and enjoy your lunch. What a great staff and great management at this location. The ham and cheese sandwich was great as well.

This is the worst Hardee’s, I’ve ever been to in my life. Maybe the worst fast food place ever. We didn’t even make it through the drive through. Get to the order kiosk. “Go ahead with your order!” The lady was so over this job, and her rudeness only increased. Get to the window, nobody comes so we left. ✌️

Zero stars. Stopped here while traveling back to Florida on 4/23/2023. We stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes and were totally ignored. No one spoke a word to us during that time. When a woman finally gave in and approached the register and rudely asked us for our order, my reply was “you’re kidding right?” Walked out dumbfounded and angry. I don’t think I have ever encountered such a twilight zone restaurant moment in my life.

I never learn my lesson with this horrible hardees. Literally over a hour wait on food with the parking lot and lobby full of people who have done paid and is waiting on their food. The lady at the drive thru said they was short staffed and the wait would be long but at this point if it’s this bad why even stay open ? Don’t eat here , many incidents of this place being horrible not just from today I never learn hoping they will change and always regret it, don’t be like me.

Passing through the area, I stopped at subway down the road and was greeted with a scowl and “you want a sandwich?” Decided to double back to hardees. Was greeted with a smile and excellent service. Polite and professional staff. Made me feel welcome and comfortable like I was a guest in their own home.
