I was introduced to this place two years ago. I’ve been to thousands of restaurants around the US. This is, by far, the highest, most consistent best customer service I have ever seen. I came here after my dad passed, on days where I was so depressed I didn’t know what else could lift me up… I never told them when I was going through all that stuff and they gave me the best experience ever. Just what I needed. Every time. And the Boba is hella good! They have given me so many drinks for free EVEN WHEN I INSISTED I PAY THEM. I’ve had to leave cash on the counter and just walk away! Haha I love these guys. The employees always seem like they genuinely love working there, even though that much work into the customer experience takes a lot out of you in a shift. I love these guys. I hope the stick around forever!

We visited for a taco milk tea and Thai milk tea, and both drinks were incredibly delicious. The owner was so friendly and genuinely cares about his customers. This was our fourth time visiting his cozy Boba shop, and we always look forward to coming back!

We found BocoPop online and decided to give it a try. Boy were we surprised at how great everything was. Jake served us and he is amazing! He is so friendly, hard-working and very helpful with our order. We got the Tiger Milk Tea and the Ube Latte and both were perfection! If you’re looking for a delicious drink we highly recommend this place! 5 Stars!!!

I wish I had visited BocoPop sooner because the staff is so incredibly kind and the boba is spectacular! I did not catch the name of the employee who made our drinks, but he was very sweet and the conversation felt natural. He asked us questions to help us figure out which drink we liked and he was spot on with his suggestions!! Additionally, the boba was definitely the best I have ever had! I will definitely be coming back with more friends and family because the combination of yummy drinks and kind staff is unbeatable! Overall, this business is a gem and the staff deserve all the goodness in the world. (12/20/2025)

Very welcoming!! Always greeted and thanks their customers. They sure is friendly 🙂 Best Boba so far! We would drive couple hrs for this store. My husband don’t care for others but this is the only one he always looking forward when we visit the area, and my son for his shark attack. I’d definitely recommend and check it out.

We came right when they opened. The barista was very nice, explained things, really went above and beyond and helped me and my two kids figure out what we wanted. They brought the drinks to our table and made sure we liked them before stepping away. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Alright, this was a great experience. First night in after a recommendation and we will be back many, many times. The Staff this evening was refreshing. I can’t remember the last business I have visited where there was a sincere vibe of a happy business genuinely caring about their customers. The Taro and Tiger Milk were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

My husband and I moved out here with our baby a year ago from Portland OR, where bubble tea is very popular, so it’s a competitive market and only the best shops survive. The quality of BocoPop bubble tea rivals anything from back home, and the customer service is better than anywhere else I’ve been, across all genres of the food industry (even when going through the drive-thru) . They’re so kind and personable, and make a point of remembering their customers (even though we’re only there once a week or less).
BocoPop is hands-down the best bubble tea place from Coeur d’Alene to Spokane you’ll come across!
