Today October 20th I placed an order at about 3:15 . Ordered ranchero steak burrito and asked for rice and beans. The girl on the phone told me it already comes with rice and beans. I said ok. Told me they closed at 4. I said sorry I didn’t know. My girlfriend picked up the food when we unboxed the food she was missing her rice and beans. I managed to return to the restaurant at around 3:50. The doors were LOCKED. Calling and knocking on the door I was ignored until about 4:05 . I explained to them I received no rice and beans with the burrito. They said it Doesn’t come with any rice and beans. They said they can’t help me. And I said I requested the rice and beans it doesn’t matter if it comes with the burrito or not. Unfortunately I received no receipt but I know the total was 33$ . If you guys wanna close early please do your best to not rush these orders you’re about to have the rest of evening off. Have people take orders over the phone who know what they’re talking about. Mi casitas in Fayetteville would never do this to me. 1 star

Went to get my aunt Lulu from the hospital (had her toes amputated), it being Valentine’s day we wanted to treat her to a special lunch. And well it went down hill from the moment we made our choice. We go in and the looks we got was enough honestly to turn around but we thought hell most people look funny at others in wheelchairs. So we sat down. The lady waiting on us was extremely rude. She asked for our drinks. I said tea. She replied they don’t serve tea. I did question it but choose water instead. She immediately looked at us and said well y’all can go somewhere else. We continued to sit not really understanding what just happened. Another lady about 5 minutes later came to get our drink order. She got it and went to get our drinks. She came back with a sad look and said sorry we can not serve you according to the other lady. So we just left very disappointed and really with no explanation. Will never go back.

The staff was nice. And the food was editable at best.
I ordered cheese enchiladas. The enchilada Verde, but cheese enchiladas. Never have I ordered cheese enchiladas, anywhere and gotten tortillas rolled up with shaker cheese, the cheese out of a can, rolled up in the tortilla. I even asked the waitress if she could please take it back and ask them to do melted Mexican cheese, oh sure melted? 20 minutes later I got a new plate. And it was the same exact thing.
We checked out and she asked if everything was good. And I told her no it wasn’t. That it was disgusting. She said oh OK and continue to ring up the food. We will not be back.

This was THE BEST dinner option we could’ve chosen! Stopped here half way to our destination in Georgia…and they exceeded ALL expectations! Quick, friendly service…outstanding authentic food and drinks. We couldn’t ask for any better! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

I liked the menu options here. Food was close to authentic but Graham isn’t the best for finding ingredients. I arrived around 430pm on a weekday. The parking lot was a bit of a problem because the Food Lion was receiving from an 18 wheeler in the front parking lot. This screwed up traffic and that got worse closer to 5pm as the traffic light backs up cars. So trying to park became a chore. We were seated right away and there were 4 other tables. Service started off fine, but over the next hour, about 10 other tables were sat. We ordered and our food arrived in good time brought out by a runner. There were 3 runners wearing red and one server wearing purple. To start, the runners were hanging out at the front of the dining room. By the time we left, they were everywhere, but could only do so much. The only server was busy taking orders. That’s all she could do. She wrote all the orders on the typical green guest check pads. I didn’t hear anything being called out in the kitchen. So I assumed that there was a POS system somewhere that orders were being rung into. Our server never revisited us after our order was placed. There were no refills or any offer of boxes until we waited for the check for 38 minutes after we finished eating. The server came over and asked if there was a problem. I asked for the check. She told me that I was supposed to go to the front register for the check. We went up she met us there, called out our order from the guest check pad and rung up stuff. I never saw a check. Before walking out I went to the east side of the restaurant to see the bar. I found 2 people in there that appeared to be trying to figure out either how to get service or serve themselves. There did appear to be a POS system at the bar. Alcohol service picked up as we were there and most of it was brought out by the runners without the server present. Every restaurant has days were someone doesn’t show up for their shift. If that’s what happened here, it doesn’t explain whatever the system is associated with service here. There were so many food and alcohol cost issues going on here. I’m talking about theft and miscommunication between runners and the server. These runners could easily pick up tables but that didn’t seem to be allowed. I’m shocked. This place looks like it’s been here for a while. With this type of service it won’t be able to survive. Our food was ok. Wings were tasty. Tacos are served basically al la cart and not a feature. So just tacos on a plate without sauce or rice or something. My enchiladas were ok. The beans that came with them were great. The place has some great looking food and potential but there is so little management control to the point where I’d be worried so much product is walking out the back door, the restaurant won’t be able to stay open.

I much rather leave a 5 star review but here I just couldn’t. We were seated quickly at a booth in the back of the restaurant that felt like a dungeon. It was dark and not very appealing with several chairs stacked next to the table. After being seated we waited a while before being able to order. I was tempted to leave. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Extremely cold water. The floor had paper towels across the floor. While I was in the restroom, my fiancé ordered a margarita. We were nearly finished eating before it arrived at the table. I ordered a lunch combo burrito, taco, and beans. The beef on the taco and burrito were flavorless. The beans were filled with cheese. I love Mexican food, but this restaurant left much to be desired. With the food and service I probably would not return.

This is our favorite spot for Mexican food and we’ve been coming here for years! My beau and I always sit at the bar and have a draft beer while snacking on chips, salsa and guacamole. Our waitresses always take great care of us-even when they are busy, food is delicious and atmosphere is chill!

I haven’t been back to this restaurant in a few years. It looks a little more updated and brighter than I remember. I ordered 2 gorditas, I don’t usu
ally get them and I had no idea that they were going to be huge! LOL they were definitely filled with fresh avocado, lettuce etc however I had to put salt and salsa to get any flavor out of them. My sons ACP was filled with a lot of chicken & tasted great. We have a different favorite spot but I’m sure we will try this again.

I ordered the pozole and was really disappointed it tasted and looked exactly like canned pozole. For a full-price restaurant bowl, that’s not okay. A can of pozole (25 oz) typically sells for about $4.50–$5.50 at a grocery store. Charging restaurant prices for something that costs only a few dollars to buy in a can feels like straight up theft. I came in expecting real, fresh pozole not reheated canned soup.
