Went in to get dinner 2/2/26 and was only customer in there, took several minutes for someone to take care of me. I ordered two sandwiches and the lady(Karen) put the meat and cheese on and put them in the machine that heats them up. All while she had the plastic gloves on doing and touching other equipment then grabs my sandwiches out and continues to make them without changing gloves. The vegetables looked old and wilted and some soggy. Will not return.

This was my go to Subway in the area, because they still do coupons and promos, and they’ve always had good service. Not anymore. I walked in and the store was empty, one car in the drive thru. I was not greeted, I was not told anyone would be with me shortly, I was treated like I didn’t exist by both front employees. I walked out and went somewhere else. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to greet a customer or tell them you will be with them shortly, instead of acting like they’re invisible, when they’re standing 2 feet away. Plenty of other places to eat and spend my money.

Drive thru closed for months they locked all the doors except one so there is only one entrance causing people to walk up to the door most people used in the past and try to get in but find the doors locked. Workers do a good job and the food is fine but whoever is making these decisions is no good. They also didn’t have cucumbers for months long ago and I still hold a grudge.

I ordered online and got 3 foot longs with 1 free as the deal is. ALL THREE SUBS WHERE MADE ENTIRELY WRONG! WRONG BREAD, WRONG TOPPINGS, WRONG SAUCE!!! AND NOW IM HOME AND DONT WANNA GO BACK OUT TONIGHT AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!

I finally got ahold of the store. Talked to two people and they contacted their supervisor. They admitted the errors and explained exactly what went wrong and agreed to make it right by comping three foot longs tomorrow as my blood pressure is high right now and I don’t feel like going back out tonight. THANK YOU FOR CORRECTING THIS AT THE STORE LEVEL! I WILL CHANGE MY 1 STAR TO A 5 AS THIS WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE, THE WORKER WAS HONEST AND ADMITTED FAULT, AND TOMORROW WE WILL GET SUBS THAT ARE CORRECT.

Great food, fast service, clean and friendly. Breakfast was also great. Will definitely be going back. Very impressed with what the new general manager has accomplished in his short time there.
