This place is the worst!!! They messed up our order but didnt realize until we were home. We called and they said that we could come back to get the order replaced. Came in today for the replacement and this is what they give. Soooo much sloppy sauce that yhe thing was not edible. Worst part is they did this intentionally. As I was leaving, one girl said “hope its made right.. enjoy”, but her tone was snarky and condescending. I now know why. Absolutely disgusting!!

Dianna is excellent always a smile and great service.
They usually have a chicken Philly fries and a drink for 8.00
The sandwich is always freshly grilled, the bread freshly baked. The handcut fries are amazing
And not a skimpy order.
They serve a Much better quality meal…and service than a Mc mistake…

The service was very good, food good and the employee at the counter, while waiting in between customers, swept the floor, cleaned all unoccupied tables and chairs, wiped down counters and some windows. This place is very clean and organized.

This is absolutely the best Charley’s location in Ohio. This location has the best service. I have to give a shout out to Diana ❤️. She is one of the most positive people I’ve ever met. You guys are blessed to have this type of service. The food is delicious every trip. One of my mom’s favorite meals thanks to the quality of the food and the skills of the cooks. Nice staff but food is actually surprising at just how bad / flavorless it was . Soggy cold fries no salt no seasoning . Wings were so burnt and hard I could hammer a nail with them. Throw it an old tasting lemonade mix drink and you have yourself a 20.00 regret that was literally disgusting.

The food is delicious. The service was excellent too. The ghost pepper boneless wings are so hot it’s kinda messed up but your messed up and into that level of masochism they are kinda awesome. Like, you’ll sweat and cry foreal. You came feel em burning all the way to your stomach. Good flavor too tho, not just heat. Charlie’s is the jam.

I visited here in December 23 and the staff didn’t speak to me barring taking the order. After after every item I order she asked “is that all” this was at least 5 times…. then my chicken was raw…
Maybe we do need A.I. robots to take orders and prepare the food, the customer service will be by far better and food cooked to proper preparation.

I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich. It had so little flavor I was worried I might need a COVID test. Also, after spending 11 dollars I should at least be full, but wasn’t. I’ll give 2 stars because the service was good, the bread was fresh and I should’ve known not to eat there. The last time I tried their food was at a mall years ago and it was nasty. I’ll post a picture of the sandwich you can see shaved bland chicken everywhere with a big glob of a cheese-looking substance ontop.
I’ll wrap this up as I’m sure the person sitting at Charley’s corporate will respond with their canned “we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” post because they feel the need to get in the last word. So have at it.
