I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. My order was completely wrong and the service was disappointing. I ordered mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce, Cajun fries but received plain fries with a container of lemon pepper and other seasonings I don’t even eat. If you’re out of Cajun seasoning, at least notify customers instead of still taking the order.
To make things worse, the wings were undercooked. When I asked for a refund, I was told the manager had to call the regional manager for approval and would call me back I’m still waiting on that call.
Very poor service and management. They’re quick to take your money but make it difficult to get a refund. Think twice before ordering here definitely not worth the time or money.

Per google maps my house is 1.1 miles from Pizza Hut…and my order was placed on a Thursday at 6:10 PM. The order was 1 large, 1 medium pizza, and 8 boneless buffalo wings.
Pizza came 10 Minutes over the estimated range of time I was given when I placed the order and the pizza and boneless wings were both cold.
Pizza was still flavorful but again …it’s cold. Nothing worse than a cold pizza.
I usually order from Marcos on Mesa.
Pizza always come fast and hot from Marcos. Not warm …hot…like let …the pizza sit and cool off a few minutes before the kiddos can actually eat.. hot . So I guess I just had higher expectations from “Pizza Hut”. Per Google maps my house is 1.3 miles from Marcos.

Unacceptable all the way around. I was in the store for five minutes, two employees looked right at me and said nothing. My pizza looked fine, but when I got home, I could see that it was poorly cut where some slices were not slices, just strips of pizza. Most of my pizza did not have sauce on it! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and somehow the crust was crispy and partially burned. I’m done with Pizza Hut. I tried contacting the store three times, but they don’t answer the phone.

Yesterday April 6 i took a chance and ordered from Pizza Hut when i should’ve listened to my gut and ordered from dominos they never disappointment me when it comes to my order. Last night after waiting almost and hour for my pizza to get delivered i paid didn’t think nothing of it until i opened up the box and it look like my pizza was just tossed around and threw it in a box. No consideration for others at all. Never again will i deal with pizza hut bad service. They need to do better

I was told they can drop things on the floor and use them over again as long as they clean them so they drop Items on the floor anyway. Imagine them dropping your food on the floor.
be aware l observed Perla. who dropped a ranch dipping sauce on the floor she picked it up with her bare hands and continue to make someone’s pizza Perla told the manager Vanessa what I told her she indicated she used their sanitizing cleaning chemical chemical that is used to disinfect their dishes to clean the sterilization of the sauce that fell on the floor. If you eat here you’re gonna get very sick and possibly food poisoning

Terrible! I just ordered a medium
Hot honey pizza from this location. Unpin arrival I was informed they no longer have the hot honey, I was disappointed but accepted it. I went home tried a slice and realized they put hot sauce all over my pizza.
I called the location back and informed them of the mishap; the acknowledged that the person put buffalo sauce on my pizza. I was put on hold for 20 mins and then I disconnected the call.
I called 3 more times and they did not answer. I then called off another number and the location picked up. After that it went down hill. I informed the manager I did not want to be put on hold because I was on hold for 40 mins! He said he understood, then put me on hold again.
At this point o got aggravated and drive back to the location with my nasty pizza. I was met with terrible customer service no acknowledgment that they were avoiding my call and no type of apology. I asked for corporates number and was informed it’s online somewhere and then I asked for the name of the manner and was informed that he does not have to give me that.
Customer service terrible. Manger terrible. Pizza terrible.

Whole Ingredients: Honey BBQ Sauce, Green Peppers, Chicken, Onions
Comments: Wash cutter cut in box
1- I placed this order and requested to wash a cuter due to allergies from Pork and pepperoni. I watched the person he didn’t washed the cutter, he used the same cutter that he was cutting the other pizzas.
2- I ordered a contact less delivery called the store to notify but no one answered the phone and I have to go inside the store and wait 8-10 minutes to get my order. I app it’s say pizza is ready
3- This pizza doesn’t look like pizza it look like a pasta dish with no cheese on top.
4- we was traveling and we have to eat the pizza in the car. Requested a napkin with the pizza, manager refused to provide any napkins. Manager said napkin are for store use only.
5- Manager on duty was rude.
6- Please look at this pizza picture, is this looks like a pizza. No cheese on top. Veggies are swimming on the sauce.
Pizza Hut should be ashamed of boxing this kind of pizza and giving to the customers.

Pizza was cold they remade one of the pizzas still cold added sausage was only supposed to be pepperoni. Pepperoni was hard. And out of chicken . They never get your order correct
