I visited this location on Friday 1/30. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza with xtra cheese and sauce. This is what I got an under cooked pizza, cheese not melted, dough undercooked, with a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on it. When I called, I was told we can remake it or refund your money pick one. The manager would not tell me his name, and they have still not refunded me my money. I will NEVER EVER go to this pizza chain again.

Used to be much better, but they’re obviously shrinkflationing now, or the workers just don’t care. Customer service is still good at the window. There are boxes stacked everywhere inside, so I’m not sure if it’s even open.

The pizzas are generally good but the quantity of the toppings never meets what the photos indicate. More often than not the toppings are skimpy. The other issue, it appears no one knows how to cut a pizza. The slices are generally odd sized and off center almost as if someone is cutting the pizza with their eyes closed. So you end up trying to re-cut the pizza to normal servable sizes.

Did the standard pepperoni Pizza walk in. It took roughly 10-12 minutes to cook the pizza. The crust tasted like Little Caesars,so tasteless with very slim garlic. The sauce tastes like water down CiCi pizza sauce. The people who was working was teenagers on their phone which is expected. One key element the pepperoni toppings felt burnt in the early stage. Crispy but not in a good way. 4.7 Cost 10 dollars felt I should have saved 3 dollars and went to little Caesars.

I find it so rude that the driver was asking for a TIP before the pizza was even in my hand good. Didn’t even give me time to say Thank you or anything. Very unprofessional! Do better! I had his tip money in my pocket, he didn’t even give me time to sit the pizza down to get it out.

What have you done to one of my favorite pizza place in all of Madison, Alabama? The one on County Line Road.
Now, it is the WORST pizza ever. Disgusting!!!!! Literally, dripping in grease and super soggy! In a PUDDLE of grease. GROSS!!!!
Decided not to complain and eat the cost—-thinking it was a fluke. We ordered again shortly thereafter. Pizza not as greasy, but the quality of the crust and toppings has plummeted big time!!!! Yuck! I ate a bite from each pizza to give them a chance and could NOT even stomach it and got rid of it.
Everyone out there, be forewarned, this is NOT the same quality of pizza from Marco’s that we all have come to love.
It has seriously gone down the tubes!!!! Management needs to get some NEW cooks quick and do some MAJOR quality control before they lose their customers. Has anyone else recently been experiencing the same issues?! 🙁

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza at 5:34pm for delivery. It was ready at 5:45pm. At 6:35pm I called them telling them I had not received the pizza. It sounded like I was disconnected, so I hung up and called back at 6:39pm. The person on the phone apologized and said they were short drivers. I told them I wanted a fresh pizza, since that one has been sitting around for an hour. He assured me he would make sure it was fresh. At 6:44pm I was notified my order was on it’s way and the pizza was delivered at 6:54pm. The order was luke warm/room temperature. Here are my issues: 1. They lied. They told me the pizza would be fresh. They did not make another pizza (you can not make and cook a pizza in 5 min). 2. They served me a pizza that had been sitting around for 1 hr. 3. The order was lukewarm/room temperature. 4. If they were short drivers, when they received a delivery order why didn’t they contact the customer of a potential delay or wait to cook the order under when they knew the drivers were available? 5. When the order was sitting around with no driver, why didn’t they contact me to potentially come get the order? I am very unhappy with how they handled this situation, the fact they didn’t do what they said they were going to do, and the quality of the food. Very disappointed.
