I recently visited Jimmy’s Pizza food truck for the first time and tried the Jimmy’s Deluxe. The cashier was helpful in recommending this option, and I received my pizza promptly in seven minutes. The pizza was good, though I prefer thicker crusts. It would be great if they offered different crust options for those who aren’t fans of thin crust.

Let’s start with the positives. Online ordering was great and easy to use. Wait time was 20 minutes and when we showed up they were boxing it up and gave it to us right on time. Now the things that need some work. Online you are able to select how you want the wings cooked. We selected well done (crispy) wings were very soggy unfortunately. Not sure if they were possibly done first and sat or if they just weren’t cooked to what we specified online. We also paid for two sides of blue cheese with the wings and only relieved one. Pizza wasn’t bad but didn’t seem like a $25 dollar pizza. We also paid for a side of garlic butter with the pizza that we didn’t receive. All in all, for $52 bucks with a tip for a pizza and wings it didn’t hit the mark. I leave this review with hopes that they work on tightening things up and working out the kinks as I know they just opened recently. Excited to see them back in town as food options are so limited out here!

Ordered a pizza and chicken simple order. Was told it would be delivered by 3:49. Food arived at 4:25 and no comp other than “jimmys sticks” i will never order from here again. Customer service stated “that time is for when the order come out the oven”. Stated in the email “will arive by 3:49” so that was a boldfaced lie. Shame on the staff and owner for not doing right. Dont bother ordering from this place.

We moved to Kasson after Jimmys closed down so we were pretty excited to try it after the reaction from the community on Facebook of its arrival again. The service and food truck itself were great, clean and modern. The staff were friendly and was very pleased there. However, the pizzas themselves just weren’t worth the $25 price tag. The cheese didn’t taste like real cheese and looked and tasted like a traditional bar pie. Probably won’t get again unless they bring their ridiculous cost down.

I went there tonight, ordered ahead when I was in hayfield. Got there had to wait another 10 minutes until it was done and the chicken wings were way overcooked almost burnt. Pizza was not what I ordered. Was happy with them at first not now!

Giving a 3 star because the GF Cheeseburger pizza was fantastic. They forgot all of our condiments we paid extra for. Chicken garlic parm wings are great but the supreme calzone was next to impossible to eat with nothing but raw onions, no extra cheese that I paid for and again very limited meat even though I paid extra for meatballs. Extremely expensive for what you get. Definitely need to work out a few issues there.
