I frequent this location as it is close to my home, but every single time I order my modifications are never done. It’s a waste of food and money. Today I ordered everything with no sour cream and still it had sour cream. My girlfriend ordered a famous bowl with no cheese and it had cheese. We tried calling to resolve the issue, but after 4 calls straight to voicemail we settled on writing a review. This is horrible service and we are sick of it.

You can Never .. and I mean NEVER get what you want from this store. I don’t know if it is just under horrible management or if they are just worthless. But literally I could sit there and name off and order and they will chime back saying they don’t have this or don’t have that. Then you try to order something else and they say they don’t have it. It’s worse than McDonald’s by far. They never have anything you want. You might as well ask then what THEY WANT you to order.

Terrible service very undercooked cheese. They had 3 people working the whole place there was a big lady without gloves and she was very unsanitary she was also very sweaty and didn’t talk loud enough.I spent 5 minutes at the front register without someone taking my order. Place looked very dirty the lamps were also flickering and not well done that was the worst place I’ve ever been. The drink machine also didn’t work so the drinks were terrible.#nevergoingback #shitfood

WoW first time ordering one of the bowls and it was delicious.. But I was reallyyyyy disappointed with the Spicy double meat burrito, first time since they came out that it was really short and hardly anything inside(see pictures). It hardly had any meat, rice and jalapeños. I eat this burrito pretty often in other Taco Bell’s through out other towns. We pay pretty good money for these burrito’s, you guys can at least give us what we pay for.

I am disappointed with the value provided by this Taco Bell, as they serve medium-sized cups as large drinks for a single meal. Additionally, the cashier attributed the small drink and sauce sizes to inflammation. Unfortunately, my food was cold and my drink was smaller than expected.

The lobby was dirty and dusty. Dead bugs were on the floor. It looked as if it was unswept and/or mopped with dirty water. The place where they kept the forks, napkins, and condiments had cobwebs and built up dust on the container. It made me want to take my napkin and wipe inside of a drink fountain nozzle to see how much buildup I’d find. Lastly, even though the place was fairly empty, the tabletops were crumby. On a positive note, the service was amiable and the food was hot and fresh. They just need to spend more time and attention cleaning the lobby area.
