My experience was terrible!!! I had ordered the “party special, 80 bucks! The person who took my order yesterday did not say you can only order two sauces, so I proceeded to order 3! We reviewed the order. Today when I picked it up, the order was wrong! The young girls acted very rude, as I said my order over and over! They changed it , with attitudes and dry, hard wings! I looked in the bag, and there were no cheese steaks!! Horrible,rude, young girls with attitudes! What happened to the customer is always right”? I should get my money back!

Wings are not what they were. Hardly any sauce, dry, small and a joke! Crazy prices for trash. Then after they sent a text saying foods ready, I still had to wait a 1/2 hour after I arrived. Blue cheese is different and that was what I loved about them back when original owners had this place. I will NEVER order from this place again. You do you, but I know good wings and this place don’t have them anymore.

I’ve just paid almost $40 for a container full of oil. The guy who delivered was so high or drunk, he couldn’t even walk ! Never again, it’s a shame because they used to be good. If you want to be sick as hell, make sure you order from here. Absolutely disgusting.

I cannot leave a review saying how the food was because I did not get a chance to order. I heard about this place through a friend and was excited to try the wings. They had what looked like over 40 different sauces to try. The young lady in the front stood off to the side and never came over to ask if I needed anything. I then asked her if they sold broccoli bites. She flipped her hand on the menu and said it’s somewhere on there and walked away. I waited for a second to see if she would come back over when my husband and I figured out what we wanted to order she never came back to the counter. I then left to see if we could just order over the phone with no customers in the store she put me on hold for 7min. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor got on the phone and had the same energy as if I called and bothered them. Long story short I guess I will not be trying the wings. If you are that rude and don’t care about the people who spend money at your establishment can’t imagine what else you don’t care about fixing my food!

I normally love this place, they have the best sauce options, but today I ordered several sets of wings, all flats…they sent a bunch of drumsticks, despite writing “flats” on the boxes. The wings were over cooked, and worst of all, the flats they did send, mostly had broken bones in them making them dangerous and difficult to eat. Out of 55 wings, There were probably 20 drum sticks on an “all flats” order, and out of those roughly 35 flats, only 2 or 3 of them had intact bones, rest were splintered. I don’t like to leave bad reviews over one off experience, but this is probably the third time I’ve had this problem with broken flat wings stabbing me in the mouth here, and it’s been the last three times I ordered. I’m very disappointed in the quality recently and I don’t think I’ll order here again.Especially when the wings are over a dollar a piece, which is expensive even for a good wing, but it’s unacceptable for what they’ve delivered the last few times I ordered.
Update, decided to give this place another go…whatever is in their Cajun Dynamite sauce ate right through the metal tin the wings came in. I had to throw out 35 wings (I ate 15 when it first came, ordered 50 total so I’d have wings for a few days). Pretty much 45 dollars in the trash can. Only took two photos but it happened on all 4 sides of the tin and got into the chicken.

First time, Ordered large order online and picked up in store. Food was decent but pick up process was not great.
I arrived and was politely told a few items were still cooking. After 5 min I received a text that my order was done. I didn’t see it come to the counter so I waited. Another 5 min later I received another text saying my order was ready. I was confused so I went to the counter to check in mentioning the texts to a different counter person. She was dismissive and rude. After another 5 min my order was up and the girl was rude when I came to the counter. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
