So I decided to try them out for the first time see what the hype was all about.. but let me tell it was far from that.. ended up going like around 7:00 service was ok ordered the # 11 didn’t think nothing of it sandwich seemed ok.. but halfway to the sandwich I noticed some of meat had a chewy/rough texture I kept eating sandwich..got home..went to bed woke up around 2:30 with bad stomach pain n blowded.. sweets n hot n as u can see in picture end up throwing up.. got food poising from the meat.. never again smh lees

first time ordering at this location and i hate leaving bad review cause i know fast food is hit or miss, BUT I’m leaving this review because of the service. We ordered delivery as we were at work. Our sandwich had only 2 slices of meat. When we called and asked to speak to manager to bring it up to their attention, whoever answered said no and flat out hung up. Called back and call ignored. Called using another number same guy answered and he just said come back and I make it for you. Point is, work on your customer service and make a sandwich worth the $12.

Stopped buy for lunch got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and a mocha frappe really liked the bread and the coffee was really good too This was honestly one of the better sandwiches I’ve had in a while will definitely be back

I stopped by on 12/14 during my work break. In the past, I would order Vietnamese Coffee and croissants at there Orange County locations. This time I wanted to try for the first time the Grilled Pork Asian Sandwich. I had them make it with light meat and light mayo. I also ordered 2 Strawberry Smoothies. I enjoyed my Sandwich because the bread was warm and it was made fresh. The slice Jalapeño and the cilantro added that extra flavor for me. I plan to go back to try a Ham Croissant Sandwich and order a Vietnamese Coffee with it. Thank you for the good service and clean atmosphere.

Food sucks. Horrible service. Stale meat. Dirty, greasy tables. And an angry older Asian guy who seems to be the boss or owner taking your order. He was rude. If you don’t want to serve people, hire someone else. You can tell they’re not doing well because they can’t fix a broken door and boarded up windows. I’d rather travel further to get a good viet sandwich.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any Lee’s Sandwiches that I’ve been to. It’s one of the restaurants that my dad used to constantly take me as a kid. Their Asian style sandwiches are delicious and so is the Vietnamese coffee. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Good sandwiches and the eggrolls with pork&chicken very good too, was a little unhappy because went in for the breakfast bagget and they weren’t serving that any more it was a 10: 45 am, I’m if they have a time set to stop breakfast but it was disappointing. Other than that the eating area was nice cleaned besides the ugly presentation of a broken glass area cover with wood it looked like they had a break in. So sad. Not there fault. My four stars should be five but I really wanted breakfast.

They just reopened on 09-18 and it’s lovely to have them back open. The sandwiches are delicious and always competitive priced. The highlight is still the lee’s coffee. Let the crushed ice melt with the iced coffee before you really start to drink it. The coffee is made to be drank as the ice melts with it.
