Stopped in here for dinner tonight
The lady taking the orders was very nice and friendly
Another young man was filling the orders
The manager here needs to find a different profession He is not good at customer service
He kelp yelling at the 2 working up front because they were getting backed up
Well when you have 20 people come in at one time You expect to get backed up No need to yell at the employees Especially in front of 20 customers patiently waiting for food Thank you very much to the young lady working the counter You’re the reason people would return to this store

Ordered spicy chicken strips. They gave me normal ones. When i tried to have them exchanged they tried to tell me they were the spicy ones. Ended up having to get a refund.
Edit: several people in the lobby told me it was a good move to get a refund because they all also had to have their orders remade because their sandwiches had obviously old chicken on them.
After the employees tried to convince me mine was the spicy chicken because that’s all they had left and were waiting on normal chicken i heard them tell another customer they didn’t have any spicy left. Then i heard the employees getting mad at each other because several of them had been gone for more than 45 minutes.

This was hands down the BEST Popeyes chicken I have ever had! The breading was generous and perfectly even. Cooked to perfection. Crispy crust juicy meat inside. Nice and hot and we brought it back to our hotel across the highway. The sides were good and biscuits just delicious! I can’t take photos because we ate it all. Friendly staff clean surroundings. It’s in a truck stop and they are doing a great job keeping up with demand! Luckily we drive through the area twice a year so I will absolutely be a patron in the future!

While traveling I stopped for fuel at the TA truck stop and they had a Popeyes. The girl behind the counter was very disinterested in my order she spent more time on her phone and when I asked her for a drink carrier she said they had none. As I was leaving the manager stopped me and asked if I wanted a drink carrier because my hands were quite full with food and drink I advised him they did not have a drink carrier and he said yes they did. I asked them then why did the girl behind the counter tell me you didn’t have them. He told me that she didn’t like me that’s why. I hope you take this into consideration when stopping at a Popeyes the management there doesn’t support their customers and their customer staff is quite lazy.

The place is filthy. There is hardly any chicken. They are out of ice. They tell every order it will be 9 minutes. People were walking out after 15 minutes. The staff seems very confused. High perhaps??

Spent $70+ . The young gentleman taking our order was very kind. Ordered a 20 piece tender, which he called out to the cooks in the back. The woman up front with him, whom I guess was the manager (white female, glasses, black/dark brown hair) questioned the way he called it out. Then I
asked for our gravy to be placed on the side. Which she proceeded to come over question again and take it upon herself to change our order to mash with no gravy and to add gravy on the side for an additional fee which the guy at the register had to fix afterwards. She seemed to have an attitude with everything/body. The tenders came out, and she proceeded to send tenders out with people who had ordered after us while we waited making the tenders not be as hot as they were when they first came out. When they finally called our order she didn’t give or ask if we needed any boats/honey/hot sauce. Nothing, just simply walked off. I purchased a 20 piece tender and they only gave 4 sauces. Asked for additional and she proceeded to deep sigh and said that we could only get 2 more. Awfully skimpy on sauces for a 20 piece and a customer who just spent $70. We leave with our food to find that they were skimpy with all the sides. Partially full on everything. Not to mention, our mac and cheese was snapped either they got it too hot or it was old and re-heated, disgusting. Absolutely appalled by her nasty attitude and lask of customer service. If you don’t like your job and are not able to do your job to the fullest, you should find another. Popeyes should look at finding new employees at this location. Heck, the whole lobby was full of smoke from burning grease. Obviously, they don’t have control of the kitchen, and she is failing to keep the crew and store in good operations.

I visited this Popeyes today around 9:05 AM, even though the posted opening time is 9:00 AM. The staff member told me, “We’re not open yet,” and when I asked how long it would take, he said, “I have no idea.”
If the restaurant opens at 9, customers shouldn’t have to wait while staff say they’re “busy.” This shows poor management and lack of professionalism. Please train your team to respect the posted hours and treat customers properly.

Absolutely the slowest Popeyes ever. They wait till they run out of chicken to drop it. Management needs to get it under control. Been like this for a while now. They can do better! Waiting 15 minutes for a 4 piece combo.

The chicken was too greasy. One of the 2 pieces was twice smaller, was totally soaked in the old oil. The mashed potato was alright but kinda small for large size.
I have no idea why 2 chicken breasts and a mashed potato cost almost $14, but consider this too expensive (for the amount and that quality). That’s not the bad part. The cashier who took my order was rude, had no communication skills whatsoever. Lack of customer service, and horrible food EXPENSIVE. Waste of time and money.
