After waiting in line for a good LONG while, finally got to the front of the line and the worker, Graciela A., decides to start working on online orders while I’m just standing there. Meanwhile, I’m also noticing the entire time she’s going back and forth preparing and handling food then handling the register, cash, credits cards, drink machine etc. without EVER washing her hands or putting on gloves before coming back to the food and touching on the inside of people’s plates! Fingers in the plates and all! And touching the inside of the pans they bring out to refill the food items…I brought this concern to her attention and she said she’s not required to wash her hands or wear gloves while handling food after ringing people up at the cash register. She also disregarded my concern about how DRY the beijing beef looked this particular day (which I ALWAYS order) by saying “that’s how it always is.” She proceeded to state that if I had a problem with the food and sanitation concern of her not washing her hands or using gloves, then I should call the customer service number. I said “well no, I’m telling you. Right now.” This location is no bueno, based on all the issues noted above.

I got a plate from here and my chow mein had tons of veggies, I know we get veggies in it obviously but I didn’t think this much! Hopefully I can get this made up somehow bc this was awful :/

Anabel she is the manager of this cerritos mall panda express restaurant and she proudly lough in my face because she served a person he was behind me and just said ooh! I didn’t see you, that’s it, no sorry, no I’ll be with you but just laughed and hummed, when I asked for the manager she laughed and just said panda express I was hungry but not any more I left, after I been here for 22 years but not anymore, while this Anabel remains here, bye bye

The food was really good the lady in the black shirt looked all stress out doing everything she had 3 people helping her one was taking for ever on register trying to figure out what he had to ring up the other one was to busy drinking soda and the 3 was walking around outside looking at the glass when he had a big line I asked for forks they rudely told me to look in the bag I went to my table and guess what no forks this is not what panda is known for

I asked the lady for my white rice and orange chicken and a separate bowl for fried rice but then I go to sit down to eat and it’s a complete different order. I kindly went back to ask for the right order and one of the ladies started giving me terrible looks and gave such terrible costumer service. I don’t appreciate this kind of act at all and I think that they do not deserve a good review!!!
