Never consistent and always a joke when getting pizza with delivery. The drivers are fine, it’s the pizza that’s never cooked right. My fíance’s pie was fine, mine wasn’t even cooked all the way for a “well done” pizza. Had to throw it in the air fryer because someone couldn’t look at the bottom and realize it wasn’t done. (The pictures may seem like it’s cooked but if you notice how lump it is.. there ya go.) Garbage pizza. Go get real pizza if you are craving it.

Dear Domino’s Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store.
We placed an order for two pizzas—one chicken and one cheese. However, the chicken pizza was incorrectly made with some other topping. When we asked to have it replaced with the correct chicken pizza, the person identifying himself as the manager, named Juan, simply added chicken on top of the same incorrect pizza and returned it to us.
When I politely requested a proper replacement or a refund, Juan began shouting instead of handling the situation professionally. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.
I kindly request that Domino’s train its staff—especially managers—on how to treat customers respectfully and handle complaints appropriately.
Note: Based on this experience, I would advise others to avoid this Domino’s location until customer service improves.

So bad. Delivered to the wrong house, I called them & told them that I still wanted my food even though it was inconvenient for them. They went & got my ice cold food from the porch of the wrong house & brought to my house after stomping on it just to show me I was wrong for wanting the food I paid for. I’m such a bad customer for wanting to eat my overpriced dinner.
Look at the video. Dude stepped on my food because he was pissed that he messed up.
Oh, they refuse to answer the phone. You sit on hold listening to a sales pitch for 5 minutes & then they pick up & hang up on you without a word.
Edit: I called to complain & they agreed to reverse the charges. The next day they charged me again so I had to dispute it with my bank. Real class acts they have working there.

this location is excellent, actually. everything is well proportioned from the sauce to the cheese and toppings, cooked and made perfectly every time I’ve ordered here.

For a chain pizza restaurant especially considering dominos quality… I was happily surprised to see the usual grievances were not present in this location. No burnt crust, decent amount of tomato sauce and it’s flavor is standalone without using any dipping sauces.

I had the same experience with delivery of almost uncooked pizza from the Raritan location around a few weeks ago! I called the store to complain and the manager first said he did not understand what I was saying & that the pizza was examined before it was sent out for delivery. I wonder what that person saw ! I was offered credit for one pizza for next time I order ( which is not going to happen), however, I had ordered 2 and paid over $40! This was the worst customer service! See photos showing the raw dough with fork marks! These were supposed to be hand tossed pizza but…… I then ordered Papa John’s & within 30 mins we received yummy pizza for half the price!!

My coworkers and I decided to order Dominos tonight. Every single order was missing items and 1 entire order was left behind. None of our sauces were included. None of our drinks were with our order. 2 orders of cinnamon twist barley had cinnamon as showed in the picture. Completely disappointed. Will never order from here again.

If you’re thinking about getting chicken pizza from this place, don’t. The way Juan— the person making the food — treats customers is downright rude and unacceptable. Zero manners, no respect, and absolutely no sense of customer service. It’s like he’s doing you a favor by just taking your order. On top of that, the way he was preparing the chicken pizza looked careless and unhygienic. I don’t know how this place is still running with someone like that at the counter. Totally disappointing.
