Horrible experience. We LOVE cold stone, and were sadly disappointed. First they were out of almost all toppings. We made choices based on what topping were available. The ice cream and toppings were not mixed, my ice cream had frost in it to the point I was spitting out pieces of ice. Small pieces but still not good. No manager, or at least not one available. Just horrible experience. We won’t be going back.

I Loooove me some Cold Stone!! I use to go every time I was celebrating anything lol… But now I can’t go at all. I’ve made the switch to a Vegan lifestyle and they don’t have any Vegan options at all, I’m very disappointed about it. Now my boyfriend and I just make our own Ice Cream at home. However if you’re not Vegan, then this is the ONLY place to get your Ice Cream!

I went to cold stone creamery last night and the service was horrible, the young girl that served me had an attitude and was very rude. The whole time we were standing there watching her get me and my boyfriends ice cream together her and the other employee were on the headsets talking to each other. It was my first time ever coming to this establishment,before I came I was very excited and once I have catme,I was very disappointed. I don’t think that I will be coming back.

This is the second time I’ve come here and the workers clearly do not know how to make their signature ice cream recipes. Both times, I’ve ordered the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some. The first, they put brownies in it. This time, there was NO cookie. I don’t know what is wrong with this establishment, but it clearly is not run well.

I made a scheduled order online and drove 30 minutes to this location. Upon arrival, they did not have my cake and said they do not have any ice cream cake available. Disappointed as I placed an order, got an order confirmation and everything, but it was not there for me when I arrived.

This place is a complete joke. Waited for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes as four workers kept walking back an forth, not one would take my order. On top of that the stone was out of order so me and my family decided to walk out. I will never again go into this establishment. Not even truely wanting to visit any other one. Such a disappointment since this was my first time to go there.
