Alright, we’ve got the positives out of the way.
Mid. That’s my experience with this place. First time here, I order a tea. The menu makes it sound like you’re about to experience something loose leaf, crafted in house, seasonal. The cup comes. It’s paper, even though I’m drinking here. Eh, whatever, as long as the drink is good. It’s not.
I come back yesterday. Spend $8.20 on a Cuban (kill me now, but the pay pad has just been swiveled my way and I’ve got my credit card in hand). I order iced, they give me hot. Why not, I try the hot. It’s the most meh, whatever, 75% milk foam drink I’ve ever had. Sinfully underwhelming.
The service was subpar to boot; at least be enthusiastic about my bad coffee for crying out loud. Guy who took my order was a mumbler, seemed disinterested in everything, and I really just didn’t get the sense that I should care about the experience I was about to receive.
I might return. Third time’s the charm right? The saddest thing is that I read other reviews from years ago and this place apparently used to be good. They actually cared (make a note of past tense). If you’ve got a Time Machine, go back to 2017 and see for yourself. If you’re fresh out of time machines, you might be fresh out of luck.

Used to love the chai tea latte here. Got it again today and it was not near as good as it used to be. The flavor was totally lacking. Also upcharge for alt milks is $1.50 which is just ridiculous. Agree with another review that it’s turned into a tourist trap more than anything!! Bring back quality flavorful drinks PLEASE!

The staff are never friendly with exception of one or two people. The time before last, I had one laugh at me because they said I would get a free coffee as I was buying a bag of beans, but I had already ordered one so I asked if that could come in a coupon. And this time I went and the girl never looked at me and didn’t say anything just took my order. That’s just not good business- I will not be coming back to this location. The HCR in berry farms is excellent however. They are always so nice and welcoming!

SOLID coffee but pricey. If there is a line, it moves along pretty well. Some staff are not as friendly as others. They seemed annoyed by having to make the drinks! The one time I was there the one barista was not even calling out names. She would put the cups down and you’d have to go up and look at the receipts to find your name. Large seating area but almost always full and very loud. Recommend if you’re in the Factory already and feel like a coffee but otherwise I would recommend a smaller, friendlier spot outside of the Factory.

Parking was a nightmare. Customer service was good but coffee was definitely not worth over $7, the quality has gone down and it’s very watery. I can go anywhere else with less the price and better quality.

The atmosphere here is fantastic. The large & pretentious roaster in the middle is a vibe. And somehow their product has worsened. Each time I go, it seems like their prices keep raising, and the quality declines. No one should pay $5 for an espresso. No one.
I ordered an espresso back in 2020 when I came here the first time & their presentation was immaculate. A wood board, a perfect shot, and even a piece of chocolate to enhance the flavor. They cared about the coffee. I loved this place and I purchased their beans often.
Now, even their beans aren’t that great anymore. My most recent purchase had notes of “lifesaver gummies and riesling”. What? I extracted that coffee through a shot, aero press, chemex, French press, different ratios, and it tasted like massively produced coffee.
Some baristas here are kind, but they go through them like toilet paper, and many of them have attitude problems.
If you’ve got the money to spend, then indulge by all means. But for the local, this place has become a tourist trap.

I came here during a busy Saturday morning and they kept up with orders very well! The iced latte I got was a little watered down, but had good flavor. I really liked the message of their shop name. It’s very spacious for lounging. It’s also located in a strip mall type hall so it’s fun to get coffee and look around!
