I went 30 minutes after they open, so the place was pretty clean which I like to see if eating at a restaurant. The staff welcome every person that walk through the door. A little stingy with the portion sizes, the flavor of the food wasn’t up to par. Nothing special about this Panda Express, a typical panda experience.

The person taking my order was having a bad shift. I understand anyone can have a long day but it is not okay to be rude towards a customer who was being polite. Going anywhere to pay for things while looking forward for leaving a tip is crazy when someone’s attitude makes you not want to eat what they served.

In Cathedral City This Panda Express is particularly close enough to my daily commute areas.
Having said so the drive thru is a once and a while venture of mine & in this occasion I do want to mention the fact that employees need to keep their cool when talking to customers & not let the stress build up, agitation nor pressure overall of working (it is food preparation not brain surgery).

Had a smaller portion than normal (I would know I come here regularly)

I have found however employees try the best they can to deliver the customer satisfaction needed to each individual.
I say this because I was given the exact amount of sauces that was needed in order for me to enjoy my meal as well as knowing the drink order by having them labeled with the button pressed down on the soda lids.

Hard to not love getting a fortune with your meal ,) mine was Happiness Lies in the Road Ahead. Place is a pretty good standardization of chinese fast food…probly better than half the strip mall chinese take out on every other block in SoCal.

Seriously my food was cold and my portions were tiny usally panda is known for its decent portion sizes and somewhat fresh food i feel like they were out of what I ordered and I got old cold food rather than ask me to wait. This had happened at this location too many times so now ill leave this review. Do better too expensive to not be full after small cold gross.
