First time here and the chicken salads did not disappoint. So many options to choose from. The cranberry Kelli and the classic carol were tasty and flavorful. Got both sandwiches on croissants that were airy and fresh. You have to try the grape salad….you won’t be disappointed! Each meal also came with a small cookie which was a perfect way to end the meal. If you want flavorful chicken salad, you must stop here! Layla enough

I’m so glad I decided to try chicken salad chick a couple months ago. The food is so fresh and delicious. Their meals have a good value too. I paid $10.49 after tax for a big sandwich, pickle, cookie, and a side of fresh fruit. The inside is clean and service is quick. I will definitely come back.

I walked in for a door dash order and when I first walked in it wasn’t what I expected at all!! The decor was soo cute and classy! I talked to A very kind woman at the front, she offered me a drink and I was so thankful. I can’t wait to come back and try the food for myself. Customer service 10 out of 10.

I finally decided to listen to my fiancé and try Chicken Salad Chick! I’m honestly surprised! I didn’t think I was going to like it, but it turned out to be really good. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Melt and I’d give it a solid 8/10. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The chicken salad is amazing hands down!!! The grape salad was amazing! I loved everything about the food. The service was that great as the cashiers weren’t smiling or that happy. They like dull looks on their faces but maybe they were tired. Who knows. Give it a shot if you haven’t tried it yet! It’s really good

The concept of chicken salad chick is phenomenal. The food taste homemade and it is very nice to be able to get a simple chicken salad meal in a pleasant environment. However, if you can’t do one thing well that is a problem. I order a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and got home with not over toasted bread, but burnt bread. I called the restaurant Lane and they were very nice and asked me to bring the sandwich back to replace. Get a 20 minute drive each way. I don’t understand how any Cook could conceivably put burnt bread on a sandwich that cost $12. That is not OK. It speaks horribly about their staff. It also speaks to quality. I am making a drive now back to the store and will never leave that place again without examining my food. The place is overpriced and should be more concerned about quality. Even if the replacement sandwich is better, they do not deserve a higher star because this should not have happened. On the drive home I smell something burned and I thought there was something wrong with my car. It was the actual sandwich. When I arrived home, I thought something was burning in my kitchen. It was the burned sandwich. Not very pleasant.

Delicious! They even included a cookie with my meal. I can’t eat it (dairy allergy) but my kids loved it! I appreciate that it was wrapped to eliminate the risk for cross-contamination. I also appreciated that they have an easy-to-read allergen menu online. Everything was so good!

UPDATE Sep 2023: Return visit after eating in the last few months at the Frisco location which is closer to our residence. This was the first location we ever came to and it is still doing great. Until Frisco opened we came here many times since 2021. This time I tried their new chicken melt sandwich which was first rate. Try it. Small but important point, I like the cups they use as they don’t ‘sweat’ on hot summer days and the straws are big enough. Five stars on 1st visit (2021). We have noticed this place next door to one of our favorite restaurants so we were overdue to try it. Great choice. Lots of food photos so you can know what you are getting ahead of time. Most of the weekday lunch traffic was for take out. They are practicing virus mitigation so its a safe place to eat. Worth another visit sooner than later. TRAFFIC/Driving tip: Weekend traffic is heavy going east bound to Hwy 75 so we used access at rear of store to get the traffic light at Skyline Drive to go east on Hwy 380 (University Drive). And then Community Ave and White Ave to go south on Hwy 75 avoiding busy University/Hwy 75 traffic intersection.
