I ordered from this store via doordash. Doordash has safety protocols/instructions for the businesses to follow on every delivery order. This baskin robbins DID NOT FOLLOW ANY.. this did NOT arrive in a bag with safety seals. Nor did the ice cream have any either. Just the receipt taped to the top NOT even sealed. See picture for proof. I am incredibly disappointed. Never going or ordering from here again. DO BETTER!

This is our first time at this location. The worker made our experience great! We went in to originally get my son an Oreo cake for his birthday, but their options were a little out of our price range. We found something called a Polar Pizza instead. We got the Chocolate Chip Cookie dough one and politely asked the worker if she could add Oreo cookie pieces to it and she more than delivered! Also Wednesdays they have a deal for $2 off of their polar pizzas which was great! My family really had a great experience from this location and I would highly recommend it!

This is technically a mini baskins robbins as they do not have all the ice cream flavors. They were out of hot fudge sauce. Staff was friendly and made our order accurately. This was a nice break from the 115 degree weather.

Worst run store ever. Avondale should revoke their business license. Dirty, always out of everything, donuts are hard, never has chocolate syrup. Manager is either a kid or just doesn’t care. Horrible store, awful service. Do better.

My family and I would get all our ice cream cakes for all occasions at the old location. We were excited to check out the new location along with the Dunkin’ Donuts. I was really disappointed to find out about the lack of flavors. Also, they did not have very many choices for premade ice cream – the take home cooler was nearly empty. Lastly, the process to order a cake became unnecessarily complicated and the customer service was lacking. I decided to take my business to Sam’s Club for all our future cakes unless we find another option.

Was so excited to try your new location as Vaskin Robbins/ Duncan Donuts. So disappointed the ice selection is only 10 flavors and you were out of chocolate and strawberry, those are basic flavors! Disappointed in selection of flavors! I enjoyed going to your other location in same shoppy as Albertsons with more ice cream selection in cases. Also not as many cakes or prepackaged ice cream. Will make the trip to the location off van bureau.

I would like to know who the manager is hiring and training employees.?!? Or lack of training I should say. Very disappointed in my experience with the new Baskin Robins / Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru location. They were out of several flavors of ice creams. Got our order wrong on 4 out of the 5 orders. One young female employee had an air pod in her ear and that explains why she kept asking us to repeat our order. This will be the last time my family and I spend our hard earned money here. The water and ice store on 107th Ave Indian School has Thriftys ice cream with a great selection, good customer service and worth getting off the car for.

For this place being rather new it was very dirty inside. All the counters needed a good wipe down and the floor needed to be swept. They were out of a lot of fixing for the ice cream sundaes also the person making our order didn’t even know how to make a banana split. They asked me what I wanted on it and what fixing I wanted on it. I just think that it is bad when you go to a place like this and you have one person working and another in the back cleaning while a 3rd is just making his own drink and putting about 2 doz donuts and then he did ring up a customer that had been waiting. Then that 3rd person left. Like I said this place needs a manager there to make sure this place got cleaned up and make sure people were getting help instead of having to wait for the 1 person working.

We were excited to go to New Baskin Robbins. It was clean and new. The customer service was horrible. No hello or welcome in, the guy behind the counter acted like he did not wanna be there. Made us bag our own ice cream.That shop needs some maturity and experience in it ! The lack of flavors didn’t win us over either.
