We had a delicious meal at Mr. Porky! We have been watching the development of this place for a while and we’re excited to see when the big sign changed and the exterior was renovated. Inside, the dining room is spacious and clean. The food is on display for guests to be able to see what is available and while they currently don’t have printed menus, they can tell you what is available and help you put together the perfect dinner. I highly recommend the Carnitas tacos as the delicious and pillow soft corn tortillas are handmade. The Carnitas are tender and the salsa bar is full of delicious sauces that will add to the great flavor. We also had the rice and beans and the sticky sweet, sweet potatoes. They also have fresh beverages like Horchata and Jamaica. The parking was very easy here and we look forward to coming back to try the breakfasts that they are known for. Welcome to Burien!

The servers are still finding their feet, but that’s the case for any new restaurant. They give a tour of the kitchen when you enter, and the love for what they are serving leaves this infectious feeling that you are definitely going enjoy the food. And you will enjoy the food.

I’ve visited this place many times and have consistently spent around $100 per visit. Unfortunately, the customer service has been disappointing. The staff often come across as unwelcoming and disrespectful, especially at the front counter. I believe the cashier’s name is Isabella, she was particularly rude during my most recent visit. After I paid for my order, they got it wrong, and when I asked for it to be corrected, I was told they couldn’t fix or refund it. That’s unacceptable if a mistake is made, it should be corrected. When I raised my concern, Isabella, who claimed to be the manager, responded with inappropriate language and ended up asking me to leave, despite the fact that I had just spent over $100. As a business owner myself, I was shocked by how poorly customers can be treated here. Sadly, it seems some people still run their businesses this way. I recommend being cautious with your money. There are plenty of amazing food trucks out there where the staff treat you with kindness and respect and they truly care about their customers Overall their costumer service deserves zero star.

This place is awesome. Friendly staff greets you right when you walk in. Clean open kitchen. Fun pig themed (huge) dining room. Looks like they have table service and to go. Plenty of room for big groups. They offered carnitas everything and carnitas by the pound as well as juices and other items. I ordered a carnitas burrito and a veggie burrito, both were excellent. I ate before I took a pic. Fresh, authentic, best Mexican food in White Center/Burien. Can’t wait to try the breakfast.

First time here, the atmosphere is lively. Rancheros music playing, friendly service, Spanish speaking staff. Food is great. Happy to have another Mexican restaurant in Burien that I can recommend.

All food here is amazing! Tortillas freshly hand made for you, everything!! Drinks, caldo, pozole, carnitas, all the salsas and sides they have, plátanos fritos are to die for!!! There are options for vegetarians too, you could have nopales . Customer service is the best, they make you feel right at home. The carnitas tray was fun to share with friends and the chilaquiles OMGSH sooo good!

Had the pork carnita plate. Actually bought 2 of them. There was no flavor even though it smelled good outside. The worst part is they did not separate the cartilage that looks like a stick for a glue gun from the meat. That part is inedible. It was not just 1 piece. There was a lot in our 2 plates. We took the food home so could not complain in person.
