First issue was the employee could not hear me, she said ‘I’ll come out there, having trouble hearing you’. After 8 minutes passed and she still had not come out to my car, I downloaded the app, created an account, placed order, and paid with Apple Pay. Then the app gave me a prompt saying it could not verify if order was placed, and I should check for email. My order did not get placed. Round 2 of ordering by pressing red button. Still can’t hear me, ‘I’m coming out there’. She comes out and takes my order. I swipe my card in the kiosk, does not take my payment apparently because when my food comes out I’m asked to pay again. To top all of this off, let me post a pic of what the hotdog looked like when I opened it.

We ordered on the app a large milkshake and hot fudge Sunday we got there put in the stall #and waited and waited my husband finally pushed the button and told them we already ordered. They said it will be right out…. Still waiting it was supposed to be ready at 7:29 it is 7:50 and still no deserts! Ridiculous if we hadn’t already paid on the app we would have left.. and now I went in and our ice cream was sitting there melted!!!! Now they have to remake them it’s now 8:01 and we finally got them still melted nasty

The parking lot is full of holes and needs replaced. Tried to use a stall and the sign said it was broken. Went to the drive thru and went fine from there. Service was good. Sounds like they were understaffed from what I overheard. So all in all they did well.

Placed a pickup order, entered lot entered stall number, then the wait began, 15 minutes, then 30 minutes goes by, still no food, ask car hop, I don’t k ow where your order is, close the dam place if you fulfill orders, drive thru was placed on high alert. If you are on a schedule don’t, I repeat Don’t stop here! As we were pulling out here came our order, incomplete as expected. Car hop argued with me about order, pulled up order online and showed car hop he’s wrong, got the deer in the headlight look! Avoid this place at all costs! Total time for 3 drinks 63 minutes!

Person inside taking the order kept asking me to repeat and appeared to be a new worker. When food came out we checked and had the wrong order. The only thing correct was the blue raspberry with needs. My grandaughter wanted an oreo shake and ended up a cheesecake shake. Once we received the correct food it was very good

I have been to this Sonic probably once a week for the past 3 weeks to just get a drink. Each time, I’ve gone through the drive thru because honestly, the drive thru should be faster than the stalls. However, every time, I’ve had to sit in the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes JUST for ONE drink. If people are ordering a lot in the drive thru or are ordering things that take longer, they should be directed to a stall and staff should bring their food out to them when it is ready. Others whose orders should be ready in a minute should not have to wait so long. I’d also like to mention that the drive thru window EVERY TIME I go looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. Which is pretty disgusting. Definitely disappointed in the service and cleanliness of this sonic.

This was terrible. We pulled in pushed the button so we could order. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing. A lady came out and asked if we were there for a pick up, I told her no we were waiting to order. She just turned around and walked inside. Waited a few more minutes realizing drive through was going pretty fast. So we pulled around to drive through. Waited another 10 minutes to order. They were out of marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, no big deal. No chili for chili cheese tots, no fries. They were out of basically everything. We order 2 rt. 44 sweet teas with light ice. There was absolutely NO ice in either of our drinks, and they were out of straws, so we had been giving milkshake straws, only to realize they gave us both regular tea Instead of sweet tea. Terrible experience. Will never go back.

Texture of burgers feel like they’ve been left out on the roof of the building to rest, the taste left me feeling infected(figure of speech) with decaying tastebuds. Unfortunately, all this falls on me because I had the trust, the hope, the desire to want to believe in, not the restaurant, but the people running it. All that came to ruins when I tasted this “Bubonic Burger.” G’night.
