We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, served hot, and tasted very fresh, which made the meal especially enjoyable. Everything was prepared well and arrived promptly, which we truly appreciated.
What really made our visit stand out, however, was the outstanding service we received from Luis. He was extremely hardworking, professional, and consistently greeted everyone with a warm smile. His positive attitude and attention to customers created a very welcoming atmosphere and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to provide great service.
Employees like Luis make a big difference, and he is a true asset to this establishment. He absolutely deserves recognition for his dedication and excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to others.

Friendly staff, the lady that was doing the drive thru was awesome. Food was hot and tasted great. This is one of the best long John silver locations I’ve been through. Would recommend to others.

I would give this place zero stars went to order two of the 2 fish and fries and the girl at the drive-through window said her name was Angela was rude as hell shut the window in my face and gave our food to somebody else cause we weren’t in the right spot where they wanted us to move up to, but they said to move around front, which is wrong as hell too don’t make no sense and then it took them almost an hour to give my money back on my card refund because then they still didn’t have our food ready after we had already drove back around this place totally needs to be shut down has no customers whatsoever because of the rude employees and they’re slow at getting orders out so they should shut this location totally down. I have seen more than just mine complaint under the reviews. What is the use of a review? If y’all don’t do anything about it this place totally needs to be shut down.

So I am currently on the Drive thru line at this location where I pulled in at 9:45 pm. They close at 10:00. The car in front of me was served and o was the lady car in the drive thru and was told it would take 15-20 minutes to served. I asked to see the manager and was told she in the bathroom and couldn’t come out and speak to me. I will be back in the morning to see if she has returned from the bathroom.

I was out running errands and decided to grab something at this location. The woman who was handling the drive thru was totally rude and not seemingly interested in being at work. This continued as I picked up and paid for my order. Not a good experience. The food was good and hot so I was only disappointed with her attitude. I normally get my food from the Lake Worth location and have not experienced this with them at all. Service always good at Lake Worth location.

Ordered two 3 chicken meals. Got the smallest piece of chicken on all of them. Literally only got 5 fries in each box. Made me pull up past the window and wait 10 minutes just for my food to me cold as well. $25 down the drain.
