I was treating my friend to a lunch in downtown Glendale and we left satisfied. Francis was our host and his recommendations should be adhered to. I opted for the Sandwich Cubano which I was able to make two lunches out of, saving the leftovers because it was ample coming with fries. We also added the fried Yucca Root which added to the feast. My friend let Francis choose his meal and was given roasted pork with rice, slow cooked and succulent. I believe it was comparable to Lechon Asado. You’ll easily drop $50 with two people and if you’re adding drinks, then it’ll definitely be more ($13 for a cocktail). We got a coffee under $3 and that seemed like a better value than Starbucks. Cubanitas shares a parking lot with a surgical center and we almost walked into their building so be sure to walk around to the front side off of Glendale Avenue. Ample televisions filled with sports make this place a potential hangout the World Cup. I also appreciated the decor which featured a Lourdes Gurriel Jr. Jersey.

Authentic Cuban food For Sure! Empanadas Are Very Good! Everything else was really good as well. Atmosphere was very nice very clean. I like the mirror on the wall. Definitely makes the restaurant pop out. Looking forward to their Saturday evenings with live bands, salsa music. I can already feel the Miami restaurant atmosphere. A good place to take your family on a night out for some good food while you can also enjoy music watch games and have a drink !

I LOVED this place! Let me tell you!! It was incredible! Great good!! Great drinks! Really fun and lively atmosphere! Great vibes! We went on a Saturday when all the Low Riders were out in Glendale. It was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Glad to have found another good Cuban restaurant in Phoenix/Glendale. Tried the new fried sweet plantain stuffed with cheese, ham and steak, and it was a great choice. Their Cubano and the Pollo a la Plancha were also good.
Service was exceptional. Our server Lianis was very cordial and extremely attentive.
Parking however is a very different story, since there was no dedicated parking lot available and you are left with street parking that is not always easy in downtown Glendale.

This place caught my eye on a random drive-by! it is absolutely a great vibe with the most authentic tasting cuban food. I had the ropa vieja which is a popular and tasty dish that was filling but doesn’t overstuff you so you feel GOOD. I inhaled the food in 7-8 minutes. Thats how good it tasted. As a coffee fiend, I have also been looking for a GOOD cordadito and after my recent travels I wanted something that tasted authentic and this place did NOT disappoint! The atmosphere cleanliness service and decor made me feel like I stepped into Cuba itself! Tan Rico!

Amazing drinks and even better food. This is the best Cuban food I’ve ever had! I had the mojito and the bistec de res plate. My wife had a guava shake and the shrimp spaghetti absolutely delicious.
