I wanted to like this place, but it’s a bit difficult to do that when everything you attempt to order is unavailable and the service is about as warm as a cold plunge. When I realized food wasn’t in the cards, I purchased one of the only beers they had left and called it a day. My friend across from me who decided to still give it a go confirmed the food was squarely below-mid. There are better options all over the island to be sure.

Fresh delicious Thai food. There’s not much on this island but we eat here every time we are on the island because this restaurant’s quality rivals Thai restaurant in Thai Town California. Balance flavors, the spicy level is flexible, and everything is freshly made including the Thai ice tea. We’ve eaten most of the menu by now. Price is island pricing but they are generous with their portions. Outside seating are the best because you get the ocean and valley views and the island breeze is calming. The quality of sushi here is what I consider mid range. Not premium but not low. Overall, good pricing.

This place was incredible. Me and my husband loved every second of it. I love Thai food and he loves sushi so it was a perfect spot. We sat outside and watched the waves crashed as we enjoyed our meal. The server was so sweet and helpful.

Food was so good, that we finished it almost as soon as it came to the table! Prices are a bit on the higher side ($20 for a special roll), but the quality is great!

Exquisite!!!! I had Red Curry with no added protein and the Sizzling Lobster . Mister had the Pineapple Curry. All three dishes were well seasoned and flavorful! I would have loved the option to have a boiled lobster. I noticed other people’s children thoroughly enjoying their food. When the owner, Toom, visited our table and I was able to express my delight with her food. She was humble, very kind and super personable! The place is located on the top left corner from the parking lot. It’s bright yellow, you can’t miss it! This restaurant is a MUST come to, you won’t be disappointed!

As soon as we landed at Lihue, my husband and I came to this restaurant for dinner. I had the pineapple fried rice and vegetarian spring rolls! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Loved the ambience as we were seated facing the water and coconut trees in the background! The hosts are very friendly and welcoming! Strongly recommend!

If you’re in the area, and you like/love sushi, I’d stop looking for places and just come here. My daughter is a huge sushi fan and she LOVED it. I’m a ‘meh’ sushi fan and I really liked it.

we came on the christmas day and this is one of the only restaurant open.

– the queue management was bad. we were told we were the first party and needed to wait for 20 mins, but a group of white men walked in and they were seated immediately in front of us. not sure if this is due to holidays though
– food was mediocre at best. thai fried rice was bland, spicy pork belly rice was too salty, and the chicken wings and papaya salad were just not that good.
– frozen pineapple was very good though
– the service was quite absent. we were not tended to for a while, and we didn’t have water until the entrees were all served. when we sit down, the chair was dirty with food leftovers and the dishes had random things on them. but this might also be due to the holidays

Food was great! Service could be improved. We were told not to order any sushi because the wait would be very long, so we ordered from the Thai menu. Once everyone else got their dishes, I was informed they were out of my chicken curry. I got the tom kha after waiting a while and it was great. We were offered mango sticky rice, then when we asked for an order, were told they didn’t have any.
