Smells yummy when you walk in.
Friendly staff. Menu is easy to read with large print. Stocked options. Restaurant is clean. Location seems simple enough, I wasn’t in town long enough to get to know the area. Overall good first time visit to any firehouse subs. Sandwich came well packed in its own disposable dish, that’s a nice feature I wasn’t expecting.

Edit: I’m not a fan of the honey ham. I found the ham too sweet and downgraded the overall sandwich experience.
I also looked over the receipt and see I was charged $1.50 for a pickle spear, now I will say the pickle spear was unexpectedly more flavorful. The zest of garlic and pickling spices added a nice touch to the meal, but shame on the restaurant for charging $1.50 for a spear and not even letting the customer know there was an extra charge.

Whoever owns or oversees this location needs to take immediate action, because what I experienced here reflects a complete breakdown of management, cleanliness, training, and basic professionalism. This store doesn’t need a small correction—it needs a full reset from the ground up.
The individual who identified herself as the manager was shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and openly hostile. Her conduct alone would be enough to drive customers away, but what made the situation worse was her own choice of words and behavior, which created a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. At one point, she made statements about herself that raised serious concerns about judgment and fitness for a leadership role. Whether those comments were meant as a joke or not, that kind of language coming from someone in charge is unacceptable and damaging to the business.
Beyond the attitude issues, the cleanliness of this location is alarming. I personally observed multiple bugs inside the store, which already raised serious concerns. What crossed the line completely was finding what appeared to be a bug in the food I was served. That alone destroyed any trust I had in this establishment. Regardless of intent, this is something no customer should ever experience, and it speaks volumes about the standards being allowed here.
There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation, no accountability, and no concern shown for customer safety or satisfaction. Instead, the response was dismissive and defensive, as if this level of service and cleanliness were normal. From a customer’s perspective, it feels like basic operational standards are simply not being enforced.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a customer, and it is written out of genuine concern—not exaggeration. I am highly dissatisfied and will never return. I will also be advising others to avoid this location entirely. In my opinion, a complete staffing overhaul is necessary, starting with management, because the current leadership is clearly failing both customers and the business itself.
If ownership or corporate management exists, they should treat this feedback as urgent. Allowing conditions and behavior like this to continue will only further damage your reputation and drive customers away.

Not a good experience at all. The place was dirty. bugs, dirty tables, a nasty bathroom, dirty drink machine, and trash cans completely full. It honestly felt like no one was paying attention to cleaning. Management was awful. The manager on duty was rude and didn’t seem to care at all, which just made everything worse. This location seriously needs better cleaning and better management. The food is alright however I think I’d rather spend that money somewhere else.

The general manager is not suited for a management role. She is consistently rude and disrespectful toward customers, and it’s clear that staff do not take her seriously, as shown by their poor work ethic. The store is poorly maintained—restrooms are rarely cleaned, and the entire location is infested with bugs and flies. This reflects a serious lack of oversight, and the franchise manager should be held accountable for allowing these conditions to continue.

Customer service really needs improvement. I am not saying they have to welcome me there just saying when you give someone their food don’t slap it down on the counter and when they ask for a container to put sauce in (that was originally ordered) don’t hand it to me with a grumpy look. A smile goes a long way in customer service. If you don’t like dealing with the public maybe find something in industry or even a kitchen behind the scenes.

We took the kids here on a Wednesday. it was fantastic we took advantage of the .99 kid’s meal and they really enjoyed it. I wish I could have taken advantage of this more this summer but we will definitely be back soon!

Went there on 12/1/2025 around 2:00 pm to get a sub, I haven’t been to this place in years. However, I didn’t get anything to eat because the line was a little backed up due to one of registers wasn’t working properly. The girl trying to figure the register out clearly was frustrated, and she took it out on the other young lady working the other register who was about to take my order. She pretty much stepped over to her register and took it over, then talked to her so nasty in front of everyone. The young girl feelings were hurt, and she took off to the back, I felt so bad for her because that attitude was uncalled for. I left after that; I can’t give them my business if you going to treat your own people like that in front of everyone. I went to another nearby place to get a sub. As a military veteran, attitude is everything to me, you can have the best food, but if your attitude is that bad for all the public to see, then thanks but no thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I just walked out of this location. I walked out with a smile, with great food and the knowledge that your staff was AMAZING! I must say though, Taylor was most impressive. Very polite, very professional and the kind of happy that people can feel. Thank you for taking the time to make my sandwich perfect.
BTW, I also used my app with points for the first time and Taylor, very happily walked me through it.
