So, it has to be bad. And I have to say this was a horrible experience at Arby’s.
We were passing thru and decided to grab a quick breakfast sandwich.
Should’ve stayed on Interstate 55.
I’m not sure where to begin.
Lacking service, the food was nasty, we paid nearly $15 for 1 breakfast meal and 1 breakfast biscuit. Then waited 10 minutes plus just to walk inside to inquire and see our food sitting while the employees had conversations like it was everybody on break time.
I wouldn’t return if my food was free for my lifetime. Sorry Arby’s, especially this location.

I came in last night and both young men were amazing. Isaiah helped me on the register with excellent customer service and the young man in the kitchen got my food to me quick and he also was very polite. Great job ARBYS. We need more young men like these in the service industry.

I’m a germophobic truck driver so let me start out by saying it’s always clean when i come through here, and I come here a lot, haul a ton of AG stuff out of Herculaneum. Food is always hot, made exactly how you’d expect an Arby’s sandwich and fries to look and taste, good stuff! Service here is the real highlight, always outstanding, always go above and beyond, and always extremely accommodating. I don’t always have the luxury of a fresh and hot meal on the road, but Arby’s sandwiches tend to refrigerate pretty well, they’re high in protein, and not greasy! Ordered a couple of half pound beef and cheddars, they offered to put the sauce on the side so it wasn’t as messy, they made the sandwiches as neatly as they possibly could, and they even put them in the foil wrappers upon request so that they refrigerate better and contain the cheese and sauce! Super friendly, cordial, and professional, always willing to chat for a couple minutes and joke around, and they’re always efficient and quick. Time is money pulling a hopper trailer! This is consistent with every shift I’ve seen there, different people every single time, but always consistently awesome. Keep it up, I’ve worked enough food service in both crew and management positions to know that the only way you get consistently good service is with consistently good treatment from management, y’all are doing a great job and I appreciate it.

Stopped on Christmas Day while traveling. The young man taking orders was extremely polite and outgoing. While eating the whole staff (mostly young people) welcomed people as they walked in and wished people a Merry Christmas as they were leaving.

Best fast food restaurant around. The staff here have best customer service around. My food comes out quickly and is made right every single time. I love coming here on my lunches. I haven’t ate here in the evenings but the morning crew is AMAZING!!!

It would be really helpful to update your info seeing how this location is NOT open 24hrs anymore so when people r starving and pull and get out make the long walk to the door and see it’s locked then have to try and find good in loves at 2 am that is never made is a big disappointment this is the Arby’s inside the loves truck stop on Herculaneum mo

Ladies and gentlemen, take a look at the picture of the sandwich in the picture. This is a $9 dry chicken sandwich with 1 piece of charred bacon and very little, if any, sauce. Although I requested extra crispy onions, I didn’t receive them. These are the prices that we as truck drivers are charged for very poor quality foods in truck stop restaurants. Remember, we were considered among the list of heroes who didn’t wear capes during the pandemic. But now, we are gouged beyond belief because there aren’t many other places that will allow us to park our large trucks just to get a decent meal.

Always a great experience here! They truly live up to “We have the meats” with fresh food and fast, friendly service. The staff is hardworking and welcoming every time. Highly recommend stopping at the Herculaneum Arby’s!
