My wife and I went in and ordered. Though the shop seemed fully staffed, we waited an incredible amount of time for the order. Everyone at the shop that ordered did too, but the online orders flew out the door.
We ordered a small chicken and breqd sandwich, nothing else on it, NOTHING, and a bowl of potato soup. Nothing that should have taken more than 5 minutes max. When my order was called, it was incomplete. They left out the soup. Once they provided the soup, we left. When we got home, I discovered that the container was only half full, but I paid FULL price.
Save your time and money. Go somewhere else for dinner.

Can’t review the food – went to the store at 8:10 on 2/26/26, by 8:40, my order wasn’t made. There were three people ahead of me still waiting for THEIR food, one guy for 45 minutes! Had to bail. They refunded the sandwich only, not the chips or drink I had to eat while I waited. Cost of my MEDIUM sub, drink and chips was an outrageous $17.41. Tried to post a complaint on the corporate website, but both times I tried, it said there was an error processing my issue and to try again later. I talked to the store manager and asked to have someone from corporate contact me, but he said he couldn’t do that since they’re a franchise. Firehouse, if you don’t want return customers, keep charging them almost $18 for a combo and don’t deliver the order for 30 minutes or more.

Sorry, just a miss for me about 9$ for a sub-par sandwich? The people there were excellent to me but the product is … Well, underwhelming. I am not about to try to stretch this to over 200 words for the algorithm . The meatball sub was the best thing I was served there. I bought three subs to show me what you have to offer, and only one was good ? The value is not congruent with the price tag. Sorry it was not good!

I would’ve gave this place 5 stars, but one thing factored into my review being three stars.
The wait time was ridiculously long. There was no sense of urgency in them making the sandwiches. It’s not even like the place was busy.
But besides that, the sandwich was very tasty.
I am very hesitant to come back to this particular location again though; only because I don’t want to wait an unreasonable time for a medium sub. To add, I paid extra for a pickle and they forgot it

Moved to the area recently and really love Firehouse, but this location is terrible. Out of five orders, only two were correct. When I called to complain and request a refund, I was told I’d have to come in to get it remade or get the refund in person.
Avoid delivery from this location, and double- or triple-check your order if you’re picking up.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced my order said it was ready for like 30 min and I went and ask after I was seating there the whole time and the lady just said if you can’t wait you more then welcome to leave i wouldn’t recommend this place just for the people that works there.

The food was good and the staff friendly. A couple of issues however. They should hand out complimentary fly-swats since we spent our entire meal swatting away an extremely persistent fly. The more concerning issue is that they have taken to making call in orders ahead of those who did not place online orders. Fine I suppose, but honestly I’ll remember that the next time we are considering where to eat. That sort of thing sticks with you. It’s why you will rarely if ever see me at some of their competitors already. Shame too since as I said the food is good and the staff was friendly. For those for whom their time is less valuable, you should have no issues (other than the fly).

Great food and great staff. All of them are genuinely into taking care of the customer. Including Joseph who took a moment to be humorous. I challenged him to sit down on the job. Mostly this is a pick up or door dash place but the place is exceptionally clean thanks to Joseph and the music is good and not too loud.
