I can be understanding of having run out of things, having worked fast food. However if u advertise the box, regardless if u are “out” of moz sticks, and curly fries, not allowing patrons to order what you have advertised is ridiculous.

Visited this location for lunch the other day and was disgusted from the conditions of the dining area and restrooms. Decided to order my food to go and took 15 minutes to get it just for it to be cold and made sloppy. Not to mention the poor attitudes from employees and explicit language being heard from some of the workers in the back. You’d have a better experience going to one of the Springfield locations. Very disappointing.

I got my roast beef classic and there was a long black hair in my sandwich, i pulled out from my mouth. Service took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and for compensation we got 2 cold cherry and apple turnovers. Please wear hairnets if you don’t want 1 star reviews .

Edit: ok, so I posted a picture of the “medium” fries that came with my most recent order from this location. Ridiculous! Although, I will add that I had to go inside after because I forgot to order the cheese to go with my daughter’s curly fries, and they gave it to me for free. I’m not sure it even it out, but maybe.
They were busy so I had to wait a bit for my online order. They gave me two cups of cheese free for my wait. But when I got all the way home (20 min drive), they hadn’t given me my 9pc boneless wings. I tried to call but it just rang busy all evening. I didn’t really want to drive back. $8 wasted .

Manager “Jade” provided exemplary customer service and helped fix an issue I had with my order. Fresh food served with a smile! Love the atmosphere at this location and employees getting along well and working together to get food out with great service. One of my favorite places to eat in Urbana!

I got the $10, big cheesy bacon burger, very disappointed. The commercial states 6 strips of bacon, I got 4 half strips, not what’s advertised. Not sure about the 2 slices of cheese, due to it being reheated, and not fresh.

Me & my son came here to eat and the guy that rang up our order was very nice, I even forgot to order my son a drink and he gave us a cup to get a drink❤️ the place looked very clean, food was out fast and hot. All employees were working in the back non stop. It was so peaceful eating inside.
