If you want an authentic experience where the food is delicious and the service is excellent, I highly reccomend Koja Cuisine. Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was very attentive. The food came out fast and was fresh and delicious. Overall a great experience. I will definitely visit again.

Okay, I have been coming here for a long time and consistently order the yukgaejang, it is my favorite thing on the menu both here and at korean restaurants in general.
Recently after a long time of not going out for food I decided to get my usual and I was not satisfied. I paid a lot for the bubble tea which was very small (it did taste really good though!) and the soup was not as flavorful as i remembered and didn’t have many toppings. I was disappointed but recently found myself in the area craving yukgaejang and got a pickup order. I paid $15 for a huge container of steaming hot soup, a container of white rice, and a banchan container with 5 small appetizer dishes.
The soup was amazing, hit the spot perfectly, was full of glass noodles and veggies and was just all around so much better than the last time and just how i remembered it to be in the past.
I’m just going to assume it was an off day and give them 5 stars because it’s such a comforting food and they do it like no other in the area

Koja Cuisine in Easton, PA might be my new go-to comfort spot. I showed up a little early before they even opened and was about to head back to my truck when a kind woman, who I assume was the owner, waved me down and warmly invited me in. That small act of hospitality already set the tone and it only got better from there.

She sat me at a booth and made me feel completely at home. I ordered the pork tonkatsu, and while waiting, I was served a small starter plate with seasoned potatoes, cucumbers, fish cakes, and broccoli. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can taste when food is cooked with love, and this was one of those times.

I also tried the Korean iced coffee bold, smooth, and just the right kick to go with the meal. Then came the tonkatsu: perfectly crisp pork, paired with rice and a fresh salad. Simple, clean, and downright satisfying.

Between the warm welcome and the quality of the food, Koja has that rare magic that turns a meal into a memorable experience. It’s cozy, authentic, and run by people who genuinely care. I’ll definitely be back often and I can’t recommend it enough.

Wasn’t sure what to expect at first when I walked in since I’ve never been to a Korean BBQ place before, but everything started coming together after me and my significant other got seated. The server was extremely on top of everything and always checked on us to see how we were doing and to see if our food was being cooked well or if we needed help, etc. Speaking of, the food was amazing. It turned out very well. We were able to cook it to our liking very easily. Our sides and soups were outstanding as well. Also, the dessert was excellent, too. This was a great first experience doing this, and we would definitely come back again. The place is like a hidden jem.

I had a great lunch here. The astomsphere was very serene and our lunch was awesome. And thanks to Laura who served us well. I am definitely coming back here. I had garlic fried chicken with some kind of delicious rice and I can’t remember what my friend had. But the appetizer was delicious . Below is a picture of what we had.

I love coming here whenever I am craving some Korean food. I live about an hour away, so I definitely recommend this spot if you’re from somewhere where Korean food isn’t as commonly served. I love getting the 떡볶이, it is always a favorite. The fish cakes that come with it add even more deliciousness. I enjoy that the restaurant is sometimes empty as I know the food is always good, no matter how many people are there. I’ve been coming here for the past few years and I’ve brought so many friends with me to try, and they’ve always loved it. I highly recommend this spot, whether you’re familiar with Korean food or not. The side dishes are also amazing. I always ask to bring some home as the fish cakes are delicious, along with the homemade kimchi and potatoes. I love this spot and I definitely will keep coming here as long as they stay open
