Lost as a customer. I love Pizza Hut bread sticks and have my whole life but the last couple I’ve got were disgusting and this batch was the worst I’ve gotten. The pizzas had little sauce or cheese. It cost double what Dominoes does. the sauce on the wings was runny and tasted strange. No one in my household will be buying pizza hut ever again.

Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow for ZERO stars. Good quality was atrocious. Undercooked dough, watery cheese, no customer service smiles greeting you when you walked in. It’s been years since I ate at any Pizza Hut, now I am reminded why. When did the quality of products sink into the toilet? I even called to report the visit, whomever answered, hung up on me. Can’t even get customer service by phone. I’ll never darken the door of any Pizza Hut again. My grandkids can make a better pie.

We were coming through Batesville late on a Sunday night on our way to southern Texas. Eating late on a Sunday night does not leave you with many options. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice. The food was deliciously fresh! The service was fantastic. The establishment was super clean. The food also came out super quick.

Very nice waiter named John greeted us the moment we walked in and we were seated immediately. He was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. Very attentive service. Personal pan pizzas delicious! The menus are new and clean. All employees are smiling and friendly. Excellent service. Would give the 5 stars but the ceiling is filthy, especially by the air vents. Building needs maintenance, especially cleaning the air ducts and ceiling around them in the dining area. Yuck.

Slow but Stellar Slices!
I gotta say, this Pizza Hut location serves up some seriously tasty pies – the crust is crispy, the cheese is gooey, and the toppings are on point. I loved every bite of my pepperoni pizza; it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. Definitely worth the calories!
But oh man, the wait time? It’s glacial. I mean, we’re talking slower than a sloth on vacation. I started wondering if they were hand-picking tomatoes from Italy or something. Heck, maybe this is the spot where Pizza the Hutt from Spaceballs placed his order – when he got so impatient waiting that he just ate himself instead!
All jokes aside, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly once you get your order. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars – dock one for the speed, but I’ll be back for more!

Update. After the last issue I had that they did make right. I just ordered food used the free bread sticks they offered for Halloween. I checked my cart to make sure it had it but when the food arrived no bread sticks and it wasn’t on the receipt. This place is usually awesome and they made right the last problem, but this is now twice in a row I’ve had an issue so I went down to four stars

Almost nothing for toppings. Very little cheese.
Almost no crust.
Definitely not worth the price or the wait.

Just getting back from Germany I was really looking forward to a meat lovers deep dish pizza hiu pizza. I was disappointed the sauce was the perfect pizza hut sauce and it was loaded with meat. Delicious

Pizza Hut, Batesville, AR. Ordered on the app today.Picked up pizza a bread sticks. Pizza had little sauce if any at all and was very rubbery and cold. Was not good at all. The bread sticks were fine.

We ordered 2 pizzas and it was so sad!
First of all, the pizza was dry and tasteless
It wasn’t even hot it was cold.
And the crust was so hard you couldn’t even bite it without
Breaking it in half with your hands.
Some parts of the pizza slices where uncooked on the
Bottom.
We couldn’t return it because this was for a party
And I was in a hurry because there was guest waiting for me.
The guest were very sad but still ate the pizza and threw away the hard crust this made me feel shameful to give my guest this pizza.
For this it deserves 0 stars because it was expensive
And I got not even slightest bit of good taste in the pizza
I think this pizza seems like it’s been made 2-1 days ago
And only been reheated again for my order
